Do not order pickup here. I specifically asked for a bowl with lettuce and somehow received⊠whatever this was. It looked like a sad science experiment rather than a meal.
I came around 8:30 PM, so they were definitely open. I didnât even order a large mealâjust a burger! Yet somehow, they turned my order into a full-blown betrayal of expectations. Felt equal parts malicious and wildly incompetent.
I was genuinely excited to enjoy Five Guys after moving to the area. But knowing this is what their workers might do to your food? Hard pass. Wouldnât recommend, wouldnât order again, and may need therapy just thinking about that lettuce.

I typically dont write bad reviews but im a little upset this evening. I ordered a burger all the way, no mustard, extra pickles. They didnt add ANY onions, grilled onions, or mushrooms. Thats the best part of ordering a burger all the way. I would like a free burger voucher or something because i live 30 minutes from five guys and it was supposed to be a special treat :( thanks for understanding.

Awesome setting and nice clean facility, fries are delicious and you get a lot of them, burgers are grilled fresh to order but they were way small and thin - not worth the price

If I could give these guys a 10 star rating I would! On our way out of town we put in a take out order. Long story short we had car trouble and we werenât going to make it to pick it up. I called them asking to cancel the order. They had started it already AND brought it to us! Talk about going above and beyond for your customers! Made a terrible day so much better!! Canât speak highly enough- great food and great people!!

Just the way I guys should taste and employees deserve a raise
A little pricey but burgers and fries are really good. You can split a regular fry with 3 people, they give you so many. You can put anything on your burger

Tables were almost all dirty and it was not busy. Pop machine was grossly dirty. No tables were cleaned the whole time we were there.

A big double burger is just too bland. A lot better taste with just the small Burger. And who needs all those Calories anyway?
