Decent food u friendly staff unfriendly atmosphere as I was walking in the staff floked to the back to what I thi k is avoiding the customer the second i was shot looks while walking then I waited at cash register for 20min then someone comes out and tells me it's going to be a minute we're having issues with our machines doesn't seem like a friendly environment they also made no effort to make me feel at home or better customer experience when I called to complain to the manager I was told that it's side effects of the industry what ever that means don't recommend unless you like long waits

They were out of lettuce wraps for the burgers but the burger bowl was still satisfying!! Still on the expensive side but it was good food.

The cashier didn't make a fuss when I asked about gluten free options. Our food was really good. The milkshakes were good too. My cashier was excellent and my father in law got a very nasty mad cashier to the point that I told my husband go help your dad, that cashier is losing his patience with him.

Very typical 5 Guys experience. Order taken promptly, and correctly for all 4 of us. Prep time was about 4 minutes, just what was expected. Colorful, well lit, clean dining area - again, just what you expect from 5 Guys. Bottom line, the food quality is what keeps bringing you back, time after time.

Do not order pickup here. I specifically asked for a bowl with lettuce and somehow received⊠whatever this was. It looked like a sad science experiment rather than a meal.
I came around 8:30 PM, so they were definitely open. I didnât even order a large mealâjust a burger! Yet somehow, they turned my order into a full-blown betrayal of expectations. Felt equal parts malicious and wildly incompetent.
I was genuinely excited to enjoy Five Guys after moving to the area. But knowing this is what their workers might do to your food? Hard pass. Wouldnât recommend, wouldnât order again, and may need therapy just thinking about that lettuce.
