The cashier didn't make a fuss when I asked about gluten free options. Our food was really good. The milkshakes were good too. My cashier was excellent and my father in law got a very nasty mad cashier to the point that I told my husband go help your dad, that cashier is losing his patience with him.
Very typical 5 Guys experience. Order taken promptly, and correctly for all 4 of us. Prep time was about 4 minutes, just what was expected. Colorful, well lit, clean dining area - again, just what you expect from 5 Guys. Bottom line, the food quality is what keeps bringing you back, time after time.
If I could give these guys a 10 star rating I would! On our way out of town we put in a take out order. Long story short we had car trouble and we weren’t going to make it to pick it up. I called them asking to cancel the order. They had started it already AND brought it to us! Talk about going above and beyond for your customers! Made a terrible day so much better!! Can’t speak highly enough- great food and great people!!
