Ordered delivery today for myself and some of my colleagues from out of town, they wanted burgers from somewhere local and Forge did not disappoint. A member of our team from Indianapolis said it was one of the best burgers he has ever had.
On a recent business trip in Wichita e had to decide on dinner and it was a toss up but eventually we chose Forge.We arrived around 8PM and the place was empty. We knew it was getting late but their hours said they were open until 9PM.We grabbed a high top table and our server quickly took our drink request. We decided on appetizers when he came back we chose the Loaded Potato Croquette’s & the Firecracker Shrimp, both appetizers were excellent. I would recommend either...

Atmosphere is totally chill. The drinks are on par with the best in the Wichita! Had a Keep it Old Fashioned, and my wife had a Gin Blossom. Perfect!
I had the Churresco Steak (medium rare), with caramelized carrots and smashed baked potatoes. Wow, what a treat!
My wife had the Maple Glazed Salmon with cous cous and glazed carrots. She would only let me take 1 sample bite.
