it’s always clean in here, the food is great quality and tastes good, and most importantly, the employees are always sooooo kind!! idk if it’s just luck but their employees are literally always so sweet/helpful. i had a good interaction with a boy working here a few days ago and then also a woman today in the drive thru, just both super kind and friendly

I have written to them several times to let them know their mobile app is flawed when ordering a meal combo, but they don’t fix it.

Very clean place. The staff were nice and patient, especially with teenagers. The lady who cleaned the tables and floor was especially kind. The food was good, though a bit greasy for my taste.

Got my food from drive through, the young man at the window was very polite and done a great job. The food itself was a completely different story. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, spicy chicked sandwich, and club chicken sandwich meal. All the sandwiches were mashed flat, I barely had any spicy sauce on the spicy chicken and all the sandwiches taste like pure salt. I've never had this problem with any other Freddie's.

The best burgers and frozen yogurt anywhere. Their prime burger is my new favorite but the brisket burger is right up there as well. Their prime staff and managers are very helpful and polite. Their restaurant is being run very efficiently. Highly recommended!

I anxiously await the key lime pie concert every year. I finally got a chance today to get one from Freddy’s on 13th street. It was NOT good! The top 1/3 and bottom 1/3 were purely vanilla custard. There was some key lime pie in the middle 1/3 and that’s all. Very disappointing. 😞

This place always provides elite food! Founded by a WWII Vet from Wichita, it’s no surprise how this franchise has grown well beyond its home city into many states and cities. The burgers are excellent and the fries are tasty. What is also great is the offering of fry sauces they have and how you can customize your burger with grilled onions and jalapeños. I’m not much of a sweets person, but the frozen custard and Oreo sandwiches are top notch.

Tried their Jalapeno burger yesterday. The pickled Jalapenos hit the spot. The tall girl at the dispatch on Wednesday evening deserves to be in the management (if not already). She has a pleasant attitude and you don't see that in fast food restaurants anymore. Upper management, please take a note.
