Kid-friendliness: I took my 3 young grandsons for ice cream. Annabelle was so helpful and kind. She helped us with ordering and then delivered everything to our table including spoons and plenty of napkins. She then asked if we would all like water & delivered that to our table too! Her service was above and beyond! Thank you, Annabelle!! This grandma really appreciated you!

Drive thru was very busy, but worth the wait. The burgers and tater tots were great!

Double cheese burger. Good flavor, grilled onions. Bun fell apart about half way through, makes a mess. Small size fries get cold fast.

I went to Freddy’s and asked for a California style meal lettuce wrapped. The woman who greeted me at the drive thru was very rude. I tried asking her something and she shut the drive thru door while I was speaking . They charged me for the lettuce wrapped burger but my burger wasn’t lettuce wrapped. They also didn’t give me my Diet Pepsi I asked for and was charged for. Worst Freddy’s I’ve been too.

Good atmosphere, food was good just didn't hit the spot

It was ok. My burger was burnt yes I know they are meant to be thin and kind crispy nut parts were like black. The fries are good. The service is so long. They make sure the drive thur is taken care of first before the inside guest. Which is ok and kinda of expected but we waited over 25 min for a shake. Prob took about 25 to 30 min for food to come out too.

Flies galore! Had a hard time eating my meal at the restaurant with multiple flies flying around me and my food the entire time. The food was lukewarm and not hot at all.
