Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I’ve picked up several mobile orders for DoorDash from this location and every single time the orders are never ready, they ignore me standing right in front of them waiting, they say they’ll let me know when the order is ready and they don’t it just sits there and then when I pick it up, they act like it’s like a total inconvenience for them and like i’m not also working in the service industry. It’s to the point where I decline orders that come from here.

One of the better Freddy's in Wichita. Fast and no issues getting customizations correct. Normally clean and employees are on top of it. Always hot and good food.

This one is in need of being cleaned. It is always dirty here even when not busy. And I don't know how they managed this, but my burger was raw.

I haven't been able to enjoy Freddy's since I left New Mexico for Maryland several years ago. We came to Andover for my brother-in-laws 80th birthday. Today we took him, his wife, my other brother-in law, his wife and also my wife to eat here. What a big disappointment it was. Starting out it was hard to find two clean tables to put together and it was downhill from there. There was trash and food on the floors especially around the booths. The burgers were mediocre at best. The edges were not crispy as usual and were very sloppy. The drink area was a disaster. Both napkin holders were empty and were never refilled even after I mentioned it to several employees. My wife also said the ladies room was also a disaster. It was filthy and completely out of toilet paper. We finally left, and low and behold, the trash was overflowing with food, wrappers and cups stacked on the lid. The only saving grace were the onion rings. Won't be coming back to this location next visit.

Ordering from the app is very convenient. They always have my custard order ready by the time I arrive and they keep it in a freezer so it doesn’t melt.
