Very disappointed I spent $5 on cheese curds and they couldn’t even be bothered to fill it half-way.

Ordered on DoorDash. I ordered 2 ice creams from Freddys at 8pm on Tuesday. I know we are all human and things can get messed up unintentionally but this bothers me.
I literally ordered a Large Chocolate Brownie Delight and a Regular Vanilla Brownie Delight. Once my order arrived to my house, the bag revealed, one Large Chocolate (with nothing in it) and a Regular PBC& B

P.S. - they have good food! just an incorrect order with this one.

Freddy's is definitely on the upper end of the spectrum as far as fast food goes. The burgers are flavorful, and the shoestring fries are an absolute chef's kiss when you mix 'em up with jalapeño fry sauce. The frozen custard is a must-have; my favorite is the pbc&b!

Came in today & ordered through the app but it didn’t give me my correct order, the manager was able to fix it with no issues!! Food was free great & service was amazing !! That manager def needs a raise! He is the reason I will only come to this one from now on!

A week ago I happened to go in to get me a burger. I seen one of the hats that they wear outside. When I went in I seen a gal cooking with long hair with no hat on. I told her her hats outside, she said no I don't have to wear a hat. I explained to her that there's a head outside. I don't know whose Lake she was trying to pull, with your manager or just a worker you have to have a hat on it or a hair net. I'm assuming she's an assistant manager. Maybe she needs to learn the real rules.

Floors were sticky. Staff was nice. Please train your staff on how to make a burger wrap. I like to get a wrap instead of the burger on the bun. But this one came with lettuce on the top and bottom. And I think they used an entire bottle of mustard. My friend couldn’t finish hers.

The drive thru is actually pretty fast. Sometimes I order on the app and other times I just use the drive through. Love their fries?

The staff here is so lovely. I’ve come during both weekend and weekday busy times and never had had to wait more than a few minutes for my food- which is nice because it means it’s made for me. Fries are delicious and I love that they put so much onion on the burgers.

Vegetarian options: The veggie burger is good here, even as a non vegetarian but I recommend to get it as a lettuce wrap just for extra crunch
