What a mediocre experience.
The person taking our order was fine, the employees in the back cooking were throwing around curse words when new orders came in that can clearly be heard in the lobby with families present.
The tables were dirty.
Our cheese curds sat in the window for 6+min, no one called out our number. Finally someone came around and asked if we had an order and handed us lukewarm cheese curds claiming they had just came out of the fryer.
I would skip this location and visit the Freddy's on 21st and Tyler.

I understand this place is busy, I just wish they would do a better job of cleaning of tables so that w doing have to ask it stand around and wait for a table to be cleaned of. As well, one of the trash cans was completely full and overflowing and humans just keep stuffing the trash in. I just feel like with all the help you have in the kitchen someone could afford to keep the dining area a little more clean.

Food was great as always but... I told an employee that the woman's restroom needed attention and we don't believe anyone went in to take clean it up. Not good!!
