They should hire more respectful staff, and who know how to treat their customers well, it is in bad taste to arrive for something that you are going to buy with your money, and that they treat you badly because you do not speak 100% English, if you can not with customer service, place your position to someone who has more empathy and treats customers well that thanks to them, has a salary and work.

The last time I was here was probably 4years ago. At that time, it was fantastic! They had great customer service and the workers were delighted to be there and made the price worth it! I recently came back here and it was the complete opposite experience. The place was dirty, the employees were annoyed, and ultimately they did not make the price worth it. They even dropped my cup on the floor and put it back like they were going to use it!! I made sure to get a new cup after I saw them drop it right in front of me. The ice cream is good but the experience was not. (This is a place where you want the experience to be good! They make your rolled ice cream in front of you!)

On several occasions we have attempted to drive from Valley Center to have the dairy free ice cream that you continue to promote but NEVER have. My poor granddaughter looks forward and gets so excited to be able eat ice cream, to then have to turn around and leave with nothing... We will not be attempting another return.

Not sure why y'all advertise that you have dairy free options. Almost everytime we decide to go get ice cream, I ask about dairy free and am told that you're out. I'm allergic to milk so we leave without buying anything 💁🏻♀️ my boyfriend isn't going to eat ice cream in front of me if I can't have some too. In the 3 years I've lived in this area, only twice has there been a dairy free option available.

So allergy friendly! They can make any ice cream dairy free by using coconut cream instead of milk. All the add-ins can be taken out easily, and they have signage for the allergens in all their ingredients. They also have separate surfaces to prepare ice cream without cross contamination.
It’s also really good! I got the key lime pie flavor, and they freshly squeezed a whole lime into the cream as they made it. I could taste the freshness! Overall a great experience.

I’ve waited to come multiple times before I did a review. First of the vibes were off and the all the workers had faces of being annoyed. On top of that they didn’t even wait for the ice cream to harden before rolling it . Worse part of it they didn’t even get it all in the cup and threw a big chunk of it to the trash …
Really cool to get to see the ice cream being made in front of you. Also really good quality.

I would give no stars if I could. Came for ice cream 30 minutes before closing time and was told they were closed, but technically open, but actually closed. Waste of a 15 minute drive.
