We loved it here. I've watched rolled ice videos on YouTube but I've never tried it before so we had to stop in. Kamila took care of me and my wife. She was very helpful and friendly. I got the whole latte love, and my wife ordered the pumpkin spice. Definitely want to try more flavors.

Owners should fix the building though. Broken front door, flickering lights, sheetrock damage by sitting area, and the place looked closed because the signs out front don't work.
Edit to add: mens bathroom toilet seat is broken and the sink is about to fall off the wall. The only fire extinguisher in the lobby area is blocked by tables and high chairs. Lol seriously guys take care of your store.

Absolutely love this place. I always get the smores one. They have a lot more business at this new location but are still a quick moving place. They were extremely busy but it was still a quick trip.

Ice cream was good as always, but it was pretty irritating not to have napkins at ANY of the tables. At least ours had... toilet paper? For the price your customers pay the least you can do is have napkins. I won't be back.

The prices are high. They started making our order before we were even done checking out and by the time we paid it was rolled and in the cup. The only reason we go is for the rolled ice cream "experience".

Busy place. There used to be a location out west near us but it’s not open anymore. So we go out to the East side with the kiddos on occasion and enjoy this frozen rolled ice cream adventure! There are so many options and variables to put together a desirable little bowl of happiness. The employees work hard and constantly have to make each order by hand. My absolute favorite is “Lotz of nuts”. Funny thing, I don’t think there are any nuts in it, but it’s awesome with the butterfinger flavor. You’re sure to find something on the menu that tickles your pickles. It’s a unique way to enjoy an already wonderful sugar rush!

Place wasn’t even open and has weird hours. I remember it being open all week in the past. Ice cream is okay but certainly not worth the price that you pay. I get that you pay for the experience of the employees preparing the ice cream in front of you, but it is such an awkward experience especially if you don’t feel like screaming your order to the employee when the building packed. The New Market location closed and I feel this one is up next.
