It was so delicious! I got strawberry cheesecake with strawberry, banana and nuts added. It was fun to watch them roll it and it was so incredibly yummy. The individual I went with got the mango flavored ice cream and that one was also delicious!

I would have expected this ice cream place to continue wearing masks when preparing ice cream for their customers. After all the kids that work there are openly breathing, sniffling and coughing right over the ice cream that is first liquid before freezing. I could not believe it yesterday when the boy rolling our ice cream didn't have on a mask and seemed to either have allergies or a cold, or something else?? It would also help if whomever trains these teenies to instill the basics of customer courtesy and communication, 'you're welcome' rather than 'no problem' type nonsense.

Not the worst, but not the best. My daughter liked the ordering and how they make it but after eating about half decided she didn't like it that much. I had a few bites and although it wasn't bad I wouldn't eat it again. Also for one cup we spent over $8.

Freezing Moo gives you the option to use a coconut milk base to create the vegan rolls. I love that there are so many vegan options for toppings and they are labeled so there's no guesswork. If they had a vegan brownie I'd be even happier. I don't know why, but I get such a kick at seeing my name written in the ice cream before they roll it. Cool place for a cool treat. I hope they continue to expand.

Employees need to be taught a lesson in sanitary food practices. All three at the time I went were guilty! They use the same gloves that they handle the money with to touch the toppings. After they handle the money they touch the inside of the cup when they label it. Just watch.

I'll have to go again and tried the rolled-up icecream for the experience, but this time I got a Brownie Blast Over-The-Top Shake. I loved my shake! (Kinda reminded me of the non-caffinated drink I like from Starbucks called "Cookies and Cream"). The tiny chocolate chips at the bottom was the best part of my shake!P.s. the little cows everywhere are ADORABLE; couldn't help taking pictures.

Have been here numerous times and never had such slow service or horrible result of item being made. They ran out of ice cream for shakes and tried to substitute the frozen cream for it.... Horrible outcome may as well have ordered chocolate milk. NO SHAKE CONSISTENCY AT ALL. Very disappointed.

Ice cream was great but service was terrible!!! They ran out of paper and we asked if they could fill it and they said no in a rude manner and they sorta kicked us out because the lady stood there with a mop bucket staring at us with an attitude and there was a few people in there eating ice cream. My experience was terrible, not coming to the west one again. As my boyfriend said have a nice night to the employees none of them replied .
