I ordered the flight (3 scoops) same flavor Server proceeded to tell me that it would be cheaper to buy the single cup as they only did half scoops for the flights and proceeded to transfer the half scoop to the cup for $5 When the pint would have been the best option as there was barely any ice cream vs the flight of three I had earlier She had a bad attitude and gave horrible advice instead of giving me what I originally ordered Too bad service is horrible when the ice cream is good

Judging from other reviews - it seems there is a theme of bad service and it continued tonight. I don’t expect over the top, but a simple welcome in and smile goes a long way.
On another note, the ice cream is always delicious. Just need to work on better service.

Yum, yum, and yummers. The butterscotch Blondie is magnificent! The oatmeal creampie and chocolate chip cookies are the best I've had! Ice cream? Top of the line.

It was really calm! I went there with my siblings and we had a really good time. I did not see a way for the handicapped to enter and order, but they do have sitting space outside. I got cookies and cream ice cream and ota was really good!

Frost is the best stand-alone dessert place in Wichita. The cakes, cookies, brownies, rice crispy treats and gelato are all excellent. The oatmeal cream pie frosting is excellent. It’s my treat on the drive home sometimes.

We were there on a very busy night with a school prom group. They did well considering the large number of people getting ice cream. The ice cream itself is good, the service is excellent. They also have pie, cakes, cookies etc. and several types of cones. They need a bigger building....sometimes. 😜

Frost is my favorite park about coming to Wichita. The ice cream is creamy, flavorful, and delicious. Their chocolate cake is the best chocolate cake I've ever had; it's dense and moist and has now become one of my reasons for living. They have classic and unique flavor varieties (cookies and cream, chocolate, coffee, lavender honey, fennel, sorbets) which are fun to taste yet I usually always go back to the GOAT vanilla. As a custard fan I have nothing against Andy's; however, that space would be better used as a parking lot for more Frost customers. Frost is a MUST visit!
