Terrible service. I ordered tacos for 4 people at work. One of them has a cheese allergy. on uber I selected no cheese when they sent it with cheese. we called them and said, he's allergic.They told us that we ordered incorrectly. there's nothing they can do to give us a taco without cheese, even though we're thirty minutes away and paid extra uber Money to try this place out.Oh, and they didn't give us either of the chips an queso. sixty dollars worth of food only received half and a quarter of that half was wrong. No apologies. No o my gosh so sorry we will get it taken care of... blamed us for ordering wrong. Per management.. first and last time

Went in last Thursday to grab a couple of tacos, been here many times in the past. Food is always consistently good, always hot and my order is always spot on.
Always great service, everyone I’ve encountered has been nice and friendly.
But this review is mainly about the Customer Service on this visit. Got there about 7:45 PM, and the cashier who took our order was super friendly, had a great attitude and a smile on her face the entire time! She also brought our food over to the table When it was ready! We ended up buying a T-shirt before we left, and we interacted with her again. She asked how our food was And again was just very, very pleasant! Her name is Lillian Gump.
To the Management, or corporate office, Lillian is an amazing representative of your company! If she was employed at my business, I would move heaven and earth to make sure she stays!

Ordered fuzzy on DoorDash and I totally expect food being colder than if I went, so that part I understood. What I didn’t understand is the lack of seasoning, the lack of actual meat and stuff on my nachos, the plain queso and the chips that had 4 seasoned and the rest were bland. Really disappointing.

I was extremely disappointed that I couldn't redeem my rewards points for my entire family's dinner. You can only redeem points for one item per visit.

The fish taco is pretty good. The chips and question was so gross. Sides are very lacking but the main issue is had was that they have a Mexican flag, a wichita flag but no United States of America flag. I dont think i will be back which is sad because I work within walking distance. An American flag would bring me back for those yummy fish tacos but until then, I'm out.

I first tried Fuzzy’s almost a decade ago, and back then, it was really solid—great flavors, good portions, and a laid-back vibe that made it a favorite. Over the years, though, it feels like the quality has slipped. This particular location is just okay. Nothing was terrible, but nothing really stood out either. The food was average, service was fine, and the overall experience didn’t live up to the memory of what Fuzzy’s used to be. Not a bad spot if you're nearby and craving tacos.

Really mediocre. We had it catered, a great chance to try everything. I love rice, and both their white rice and Spanish rice were not good. Rarely do I not finish something. The shredded chicken is not good, I couldn't finish that either. Mediocre beef. The fajita chicken is awesome. Chips with taco seasoning made them too salty, as is most of the rest of the menu, typical over-salted restaurant food. The fire roasted salsa was great. Queso was great. Garlic sauce was awesome. If you don't like onions, unfortunately they're everywhere. Black beams, Spanish rice, guacamole, etc, etc. That was a letdown. Overall disappointing typical chain establishment fare, overhyped and underdelivered

Legitimate terrible service.

Walked in for lunch on a Saturday around 1pm. Establishment had a couple tables but the bar was empty so I walk up to the bartender.

I get passed by without being acknowledged and passed a time or two by the bartender before I have to make eye contact to get attention.

The bartender/server was about as minimal as one could get for service. Food was mediocre.

Take your business to a restaurant that is worth the time, effort and money. Skip this one.
