I went inside, where it was completely empty. No staff, no customers. This was 4pm on a Wednesday, so you'd expect people to be present. I waited for 5 minutes, walked around the entire restaurant looking for any sign of life, found no one working, then walked out without ordering anything.

Customer service wasnt best. Food horrible quesadilla was soggy and horrible flavor. Quaeso was not even warm. Bad food will not come back to this location.

Food was delicious. Chips and guacamole were amazing, the seasoning on the chips was delicious and the chips were nice and crisp. The guacamole was garlicky, chunky and just perfect. Taco Tuesday deals weren't much of a price difference but the brisket, shrimp and steak tacos were lit fam. I had a Blue Balls margarita and *chefs kiss*!!!

Tacos were tasty. Fuzzy's rice was dry & should not have been served to anyone as well as the refried beans. I had a to go order so unable to ask why they would serve food that was dry in appearance to someone. I came around supper time as well. Disappointed. My 1st time there. I may try a different location.

The only reason it's 2 stars is because they comped the meal after slightly accusatory comments. Forgot our drinks, wrong sides and they forgot half of one of the meals. Beyond that portions are small and food was practically unseasoned.

Terrible service. I ordered tacos for 4 people at work. One of them has a cheese allergy. on uber I selected no cheese when they sent it with cheese. we called them and said, he's allergic.They told us that we ordered incorrectly. there's nothing they can do to give us a taco without cheese, even though we're thirty minutes away and paid extra uber Money to try this place out.Oh, and they didn't give us either of the chips an queso. sixty dollars worth of food only received half and a quarter of that half was wrong. No apologies. No o my gosh so sorry we will get it taken care of... blamed us for ordering wrong. Per management.. first and last time

Went in last Thursday to grab a couple of tacos, been here many times in the past. Food is always consistently good, always hot and my order is always spot on.
Always great service, everyone I’ve encountered has been nice and friendly.
But this review is mainly about the Customer Service on this visit. Got there about 7:45 PM, and the cashier who took our order was super friendly, had a great attitude and a smile on her face the entire time! She also brought our food over to the table When it was ready! We ended up buying a T-shirt before we left, and we interacted with her again. She asked how our food was And again was just very, very pleasant! Her name is Lillian Gump.
To the Management, or corporate office, Lillian is an amazing representative of your company! If she was employed at my business, I would move heaven and earth to make sure she stays!

Ordered fuzzy on DoorDash and I totally expect food being colder than if I went, so that part I understood. What I didn’t understand is the lack of seasoning, the lack of actual meat and stuff on my nachos, the plain queso and the chips that had 4 seasoned and the rest were bland. Really disappointing.
