My son and his gf love going here and have been trying to get us to try it instead of our normal go to of TJs. We did go late evening but the cashier was very unfriendly, was rude and short. the taco meat was cold and i ended up throwing away half of my food because of the temp. If it had been hot it probably would have been good. the service though left alot to be desired. my sons gf said typically everyone is extremely nice there and she had not had that experience before last night but she even commented about the cashier being rude and off putting. so Sunday evenings apparently not the time to go for good food or service we will stick with TJs.

The fuzzy taco website, Google maps, and Google search said that The West location on 21st was open until 10:00. We pull up tonight at 9:30 and can get no service, the doors are locked, two employees setting at the bar drinking. Nobody's helping us not letting us in. They only getting a star because I have to put one there's no zero stars for this or that's what they would have.

These places want to up their prices but down their quality and service? This dish was almost $12 alone. I ordered the breakfast plate the “Migas.” I got my meal for takeout and drove 3 minutes to my house, by the time I arrived at home it was already stone cold. The potatoes were clearly not freshly cooked or even cooked within the hour. The main dish which is covered in cheese, was clearly not recently made either as the cheese was cold and the foil that covered the dish wasn’t even warm. Not only that but the refried beans looked like they had been sitting in the same spot for a long period of time, because it was starting to dry out and get that crusty look. No excuse for this sorry lack of service or care.

Don’t get the shredded chicken quesadilla. It was dry and wet at the same time. However, my friend really liked his ground beef enchiladas. So go with those. The house margaritas are pretty good too.
