Absolutely the best tasting food. Worst customer service though. 1/4 of the orders were delivered on time. The rest took 2-4 weeks without much explanation and I had to call over 30x to get an update for the last three orders.
I've seen advertisements about GEO but was hesitant to try it...so today I did and everything was delicious I will order again for sure!!I've started eating healthy and watching what I eat for about 2 months now and this has helped me make better food choices.Thank you,Rena Jones

I really enjoy their meal prep it’s delicious when the chicken isn’t burnt and they actually send your food. I’ve called and emailed always told I’ll get one back but never do. It’s been a month since I paid for my food only received half of my order haven’t seen the rest after several attempts of reaching out with no response of when it should arrive I’ve given up. They continue to try to charge me even after I’ve told them I don’t want anything more until I get my first order completed.
Food tastes great, customer service has always been punctual and selections are plentiful. I also like that you can get a large portion without killing the wallet. I am glad to be supporting a worthy local business. Keep up the hard work!

I would have given this place a 5 star review since the food is pretty solid, but they have stumbled with their client communication regarding order discrepancies. Not sure, why. I know the place did undergo management changes, but still not a reason to not answer emails. Kinda sucks because I want to continue doing business with them, but I'm hesitant to trust them to get me what I order.

Tried a one time order for I'll aging parents which you have to sign up for a subscription. They didn't like them and couldn't eat them. I have tried for over a week, sent 3 emails, called over 3 times left messages to cancel yet was charged again and after over 7 days of trying to get ahold of someone still no return message or call. I even tried Genesis Corpate number 4 days ago and they said they would find out who to talk to and return my call which didn't happen. I assume food will be delivered and will have to be thrown out and wasted. The FAQ's on the website say cancel any time if you don't like. That is a lie!!
