It's not just the best BBQ in Wichita, which it is by a mile. It's not just the consistency, quality and flavor either. It's the sweet young lady at the register that remembers my order and my name. It's the owner stopping at the small table I'm sitting at outside to ask me if I'm enjoying my meal. It's talking to strangers as we wait for our orders. I love absolutely everything about this place.

My first time at Georgio’s and on Sunday had the fried chicken, black eyed peas, mashed potatoes, dressing, Mac n cheese. Everything was delicious. I’m definitely coming back for good eating.

I came by yesterday wanted to try they new spot 🤦on walking throw th door Wasn’t greeted AT ALL I GOT th Rib tips meal with Mac &cheese pinto beans th Mac and cheese didn’t have any seasoning it tasted bland .i asked if th pinto beans had meat in them th cashier told me yes and IT DIDNT only had BEANS The CORNBREAD WAS DRY no butter AT ALL the sides was OLD and th Bag Lady keep  staring at me .i went out to check on my family and came back in and th bag lady said she called my name lady why u lieing u called a Number Not My name cause i never gave it to u 1 out of 10 They Get a BIG FAT 0

Holy cow the food knocked my socks off! We had the sampler with links, chicken, brisket and ribs and everything was delicious. The chicken and brisket were standouts - both so tender and flavorful they were astounding. The collard greens and yams were also tasty. The best BBQ I've had in Wichita.

I went into Georgio's today which is now located in the strip mall on 21st and Grove. I ordered a 3 meat meal with brisket, ribs, OK hotlinks, collard greens, & baked beans. Wow. They know how to smoke some meat & they give you a ton of food. Brisket & ribs were absolutely perfect and had a smokey flavor. The collard greens were amazing, perfect texture and flavor.A woman came in after me and could not eat pork and the staff helped by telling her which menu items to avoid for cross contamination. As a person with food allergies, I found that to be extremely informative. 10/10 to recommend a plate at Georgio's. Note; this is take out only, not dine in.
