Saying I love the sandwiches here might be a bit of an understatement. I crave them! Goodcents has fast become the place my husband and I get our fix when we are in a sandwich kind of mood. While other sandwich places can be good in their own way, there is something nostalgic about the sandwiches here. From the texture of the bread, to the flavor of the ingredients, and even the shred of the lettuce, I am reminded of the quality and flavor of the sandwiches I used to get in small shops when I was growing up on the west coast. And the prices are reasonable! Gotta love that as well. We will keep coming back!

The young lady making my sandwich sucked at making it!! I got the sandwich at 8:15 pm on Thursday June 19 2025. When they wrapped my sandwich which was 18 inch the dumb ladies tried wrapping both parts together till my husband told them seperate wrappers! And on top of it wasn't being properly wrapped, they put napkins which was unsanitary!! The FDA is notified about this. To keep your business going change your way of wrapping sandwich keep napkins separate.. jeez common sense

I went there tonight to use a gift card that I've had since Christmas. I walked in and I should have known it probably wasn't going to be a good experience .There were four people up front working. Not one of them said hello to me. They all did look at me though. When I said hello to them, one of them responded, the gentleman with the dark hair that was running the slicer. He told me it would be a second even though there was no one else there. But me came back shortly after and asked me what I would like. I ordered an Italian 8-in sandwich. No one there smiled the whole time I was there. I also ordered a side of pasta with Alfredo sauce and a bag of chips. I got to the counter where a young blonde girl helped me. I gave her my $5 gift card and She told me that it was $13.74. I watched her swipe the $5 gift card. I watched it go down to 8.74. I pulled out pretty much exact cash and pulled out $8.75 and handed it to her. She told me I couldn't use my gift card because it didn't cover the whole transaction. I responded that doesn't make sense. It's a gift card. It's $5. I just gave you the extra $874 that covers it. The gentleman who was on the slicer ended up coming up. I watched them ring it in again cuz she even told them that. Oh don't forget the pasta. They rang my whole order again. The gentleman then bring in my $8.75 cash and then swipe the card for the $4.99 left. He proceeded to tell me there was nothing on that gift card. I responded with. I just watched her swipe it. It said $5. There's $5 on the gift card. He told me no. I needed to give him another $5. This is pretty ridiculous. I'm not sure if there's some type of scam where this little girl is collecting gift cards but I know that had to get $5 on it. I watched her swipe it and I still ended up having to pay for my food and they didn't give me my chips. The customer service here is really went down. I've been here so many times. I love your food. It's so delicious. But I do normally come during the day when the owner is there and he is the friendliest person. It really sucks that I had this experience. I hope no one else has this experience. Their food is too good to have people that are not their friendly on their team. An. It's a disservice to your company.
