Talking about authentic Gorditas this is the place to go to, I love the burritos de desebrada, My wife always tastes the gorditas with Chicharrón prensado, i'm not a big fan but she likes it. If you don't want to wait call at least 20 min before you get there of you probably going to wait because it get crowded. Make sure tell them instructions how you want it, not fried or fried, but it's the best place to go. 100% recommended.

The tortillas for the gorditas corn and flour where delicous. I had the huevo perdido and chile verde de puerco was ok i just thought it needed a little more salt. My wife had chicharon prensado she loved it but agreed that needed some salt. My daughter had carne asada it was pretty bland. She tried a frijolea con queso and loved it.
Parking: Its a very popular place parking is pretty full
