The lady at the counter was rude she was an older heavy set woman. We had never been there and I prefer hard cookies my person prefers soft- so I asked which were hard and which soft and she said that some are hard some are soft ...lol she was very sarcastic and continued to absolutely hate the interaction so maybe she was having a bad day. It was uncomfortable ordering while she was disrespectful. The deal said buy five non specialty cookies get one free and she charged me for all six..ugly personality poor customer service skills. I just tried a cookie and it tasted great so two stars for taste. Thanks for reading

First, I want to say, I have not tried their cookies. My rating comes purely from the service and pricing. There is nothing special about these cookies. They look like cookies that someone baked at home (no special decoration or anything like that). They are basic, which is why I was shocked when the not so friendly cashier told us a single cookie (small) ranges in price from $3 - $5. This blew me away. I rarely leave low ratings, but this is a complete rip off. My husband loves cookies and is rarely discouraged by price, was even put off by these basic cookies. Each cookie costs maybe 10 cents to make. They are tiny too, so sharing is a bit unrealistic.

If both of your employees are going to stand around talking in the back, then have the audacity and give your customers attitude please..GAC re-train these young ladies of yours. You will be losing in sales and potential customers who will walk away. July 7th 3:25pm. Have a bell or buzzer or something.

This is one of the best places to get a cookie cake in Wichita! My best friend and I always do customized messages on our cakes for the others birthday and they have happily made all of our cakes happen. Couldn't have asked for better working people here. Great customer service everytime!

I asked if it would be possible to make my cookie look like a guitar! And boy did she! The manager at the Towne East Great American is the best! She also made some little guitars for me! This was perfect!They also have the best staff that will go over and above for anyone!

My wife called in a pick-up order and the woman that answered the phone was rather rude for no reason. Upon picking up the order, the gentleman that made the cookie cake for us was incredibly polite and sincere. He made sure it was what we asked for before paying and even offered to change it if we needed. Would give a better review had the woman working not made a snide comment as we left. Great work done by the young man working soiled by poor customer service from the other employee.

While waiting in line, we noticed the lady making cookies had on 1 glove no hat or hair net. The gloved hand was used to touch and use scissors and then back to touching the cookie and wax paper. She then threw paper in the trash with a non gloves hand, then used said non gloved hand to get another sheet of wax paper to place more cookie dough on. We left without purchase. That is disgusting. These people.do not know the meaning of sanitary. I wouldn't touch my own trash can and my own food in my own kitchen without washing my hands first. Dang sure anit buying nothing from these fools.
