We had a bad experience with Great Wall when ordering online for delivery. We were allowed to order, put in credit card info, and got a confirmation number. We waited over an hour then called the restaurant and they said they never received order even though we were charged. We did get our food in the end but 2 hours after we placed initial order. We pick up the food in restaurant and they have this website plastered all over their menus. A website you can't really order from. moral of the story is don't order online, they won't change their menus even though they have wrong information on them.

The food was inedible and when I tried to talk to them about it I was told it’s because food costs have gone up that it was rotten tasting.Order chicken and SNOW PEAS and received chicken and SUGAR SNAP PEAS- again was told they always uses those and they are the same thing.Rotten chicken and lo mean- was told something about food costs so that is what they made.

Got home and food was raw. Tried to return and woman owner yelled at me and wouldn't refund my money. After some yelling the man owner finally said to give me my money back. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Save yourself a big headache and avoid this restaurant at all cost. I wish I could give a no star review.

I've eaten here quite a few times in the past years. I've only done lg family sized take-out, never lunch. I go at slower times so the food is generally better. Only once was the food just okay. They had someone else cooking the food. It's usually the dad that cooks the food I get. His food is delicous. Yeah, they may get something small mixed up occasionally, but I don't care much as long as its good food. I'm actually deaf and I don't have issues ordering with the communication issues. The veggies are always plentiful and fresh. They are my go to for Asian food.

I have experienced about 1/2 of their luncheon menu ($7.95 that includes about a dozen entries) this year (2023). Each entree was piping hot and delicious. All entrees are served with two(2) Crab Rangoons that are as good as you'll get anywhere. Fried rice is standard. My favorites: Moo Goo Gai Pan; Sweet and Sour Chicken, and Chicken Teriyaki. Yes, the atmosphere is low key but the food is not. Next time you are shopping at Dillon's, or just want good Chinese, try this restaurant.

Went down hill. Used to go regularly. Ended up being so bad we didn't go forever. Tried again the other day and it was so bad I'd be ashamed to serve that food. We tried another Great Wall too, it used to be even better than this place and it's as bad or worse.

Today I came in for sesame chicken, shrimp fried rice with and an egg roll. My order was completely screwed up. No sesame chicken. I got fried shrimp with sesame seeds on it. Clearly she did not understand my request. Argued with me and even admitted she was confused. She didn’t try to make it right at all. She kept trying to show the camera footage and even tho my order was clear on camera she still wanted to argue. Finally she made my sesame chicken with an attitude took 5 shrimp out of my box and put it back in the fryer. Just bad attitude. Never will come back here. I use to order here often but lost a customer. Do NOT recommend.

Fist of all I always enjoyed there food but I think times are getting tough and people are trying to get by cheap on their products which I understand but if you’re prices are going up you need to still produce a quality product the noodles taste soggy and I was very disappointed in the shrimp it used to be coconut shrimp now it changed to some kind of battered shrimp that didn’t taste good at all and to top it all off I had a long black hair that was mixed into the shrimp batter hanging out of my shrimp

I ordered the beef and broccoli during the lunch special. I wish I took pictures of beef, but the beef was undercooked. When I opened it, I didn’t think anything of it, because the meat is covered in a thick brown sauce. I bit into the beef and it was pink and bloody. I wanted to throw up. I examined all of the meat and maybe a few pieces were cooked on the outside but the rest were raw. The meat is rubbery and very cheap. The broccoli and bamboo were raw and crunchy if that’s how you like it cooked, I prefer mine cooked with beef and broccoli. The couple who works here were very nice, it’s hard to write a negative review on the place when workers there are very kind and understanding, but the food needs improvement.

The food was fine. The service was not. We ordered by internet. GWC set the delivery time at 6pm. At 7:45 (!) still no food. We called GWC. They were so confused and could hardly carry on a conversation. Sometime after 8pm our food arrived. I mentioned to the driver that perhaps he should be embarrassed for being so late. No apology. He said he was not embarrassed. Wow. What gall. No answer No apology.
