We went tonight to celebrate a birthday and 4 out of 8 of us wanted prime rib. We had a reservation set at 6 pm. We ordered drinks and a couple appetizers and then placed our dinner order. We finshed our apps before our cocktails came out. Waitress came back out and at 6:40 pm we were told the prime rib wasn't ready and wouldn't be available. They post in the menu that they only serve prime rib on Friday and Saturday. When we were seated, the waitress recommended the prime rib. We ordered ribeyes instead. They were decent one was overcooked, but the baked potatoes were all just warm at best...not hot. Salad is an extra $5. So ribeye with side and dinner salad comes to $43. Not worth it for the price....better steak, better service and better value for the money elsewhere. Asked to comp an appetizer and it was declined. Restaurant was not busy at all and for a Friday night...there were 4 tables seated. We saw several people come in and turn around and leave. Now know why! Unfortunately, we won't be back.

I made a reservation to celebrate my birthday here back in February, and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve ever had. My husband made our reservation in person, but when we arrived, the staff seemed unaware of it, which resulted in us waiting while they prepared a room we had already reserved.
Throughout the evening, the staff appeared dismissive and uninterested in serving our party. Several menu items we attempted to order were unavailable, and after waiting over an hour without receiving any food, we ultimately decided to leave and dine elsewhere.
What made the experience even more disheartening was the lack of accountability — the manager never came out to address our concerns, despite our request. While our waitress did her best under the circumstances — and we made sure to tip her for her efforts — the overall service was completely unacceptable, especially for an establishment that presents itself as a fine dining steakhouse.
I honestly believe we were racially profiled, as our party was treated with a level of disregard that felt both intentional and unjust. This experience left me feeling deeply disappointed, and I cannot in good faith recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The dish was spot on. The green beans had just the right amount of salt — simple, fresh, and cooked perfectly with that little bit of crunch left in them. The salmon was grilled beautifully, tender and flavorful without being heavy. Everything tasted balanced and well-prepared, no need for extra seasoning or sauces. Even the iced tea hit the spot. A straightforward, clean meal done right — sometimes that’s all you need. The waitress was adorable and cute as a button

We waited 15 minutes to be taken back with a reservation. They were out of wings, fried pickles. We ordered onion rings they brought out the first plate of onion rings and they were burnt so bad they were black. The chicken fried steak was fried hard and nothing but grisel The garlic mash potatoes were runny. The boys got a cheeseburger, I should have gotten a cheeseburger too. We waited 45 minutes to get our food. Really too bad, it was my daughter's birthday and it was a big disappointment. Won't be going back and would not recommend.

Used to come here a few years ago and it was an awesome place. We went here today and it was totally opposite. Most of our food was cold. They messed up on one order and had to remake it and when it came part of the food was frozen. Finally ordered something else but everyone else was done eating by the time the order was brought to us. Will not be coming back. Had to ask for a discount because of the meal that was so messed up. Very disappointed.

Salads here are huge. Steak was pretty good. Shrimp was super tasty. Nice and quiet atmosphere.

Literally 5 cars in the parking lot waited 5 minutes finally seated ourselves and then was told itd be a 1 hour wait because out a party which she pointed to which was literally the only other people in there other than us. Waitresses could care less. Another couple came in as we were walking out and they experienced the same thing. The dumbest thing Ive ever experienced

Food was good, took awhile to get it. It was hot in there, AC not working we were told. Our waitress tried her best, we had a table of 7 people. I doubt I will go back, too expensive for me. I can't afford 35.00 for a steak dinner!

Had the best server/waitress/hostess (Kiki.) Food was excellent. From Tallahassee Florida. We recently got Connors Steakhouse and Seafood Grill supposedly upscale. Went twice and both times my prime rib and ribeye came out well done when ordered medium rare. Won't go back again. Even though the air conditioner was not working properly my experience at Hangar One was great. Probably won't ever be back in Wichita but would definently recommend to ANYONE I know that comes to Wichita.

This place was amazing. Best steak I’ve had in years. They make their own croutons and salad dry!!!! Flavors are unmatched. Definitely going back. Staff was caring and friendly as well. Overall I can say I’d rather go here than Texas Roadhouse.
