Service was very good. We used the drive thru. Onion rings were okay, but the Pollock Panko Fish Sandwich not good. The lettuce was wilted, there was more Panko than fish. We requested no sauce and both sandwiches had sauce. Don't recommend if you are wanting a fish sandwich.

It took 14 minutes and 10 seconds to get our food. Normally I wouldn't mind but we were the only ones in the dining room. The tables were dirty and you could see that there was a lack of good management. The tables were dirty and the people were just standing around in the back arguing with each other.

We ordered in the drive thru, food was fresh and good. The wait was long but for fresh food it's well worth the wait. Willett at this location again.

I seriously spent 13.50 on a chocolate milkshake that was practically milk with whip cream, a rock hard cold small kids sized cheese burger that tasted like card board, and a small fry that tasted like it was refried and sitting since the morning. I sent the milkshake back they refunded it and I called about how sub par the rest was didn’t ask for a refund but the manager was completely disrespectful and let me know that she wouldn’t be refunding anything else that I was beat were her words. I do not recommend this place, in fact I give it negative stars.

Very poor customer service. We tried to order a chicken tender combo for our son and the drive thru employee was rude and unhelpful, continuously arguing that we had the wrong combo number (who cares? You know what we’re trying to order!!) and we ultimately left with just 5 chicken tenders- no fries- that we paid almost $8 for and waited 10 minutes for. Will not be back.

Stopped in for breakfast this morning. We had the biscuit and gravy and hash browns. Everything was fresh. Everything was very tasty. Service also great.

Burger was ok it had been cooked for quite awhile before I got to it toppings were good and fresh fries were Luke warm store was a mess business was very slow here
Slow service if you dine in. I ordered a 3 piece chicken strips + fries. She didn't give me a receipt, which was odd, bit no big deal. Then I waited for 20 minutes. I went up to the counter to ask, and they had trouble finding my order, and not having a receipt created some confusion. I stood at the counter for maybe 5 more minutes and they finally got my food out. My wife met up with me and the same thing happened to her. She waited 15 minutes and they hadn't even started the order yet. The restaurant wasn't busy and the drive through line was empty, so I don't know what their excuse is

I went inside to eat beacuse i have a two year old. I watched how they had my meal ready to go for me and my wife and son. They then decided thier drive through time was too high, so they pieced out our meal to give to ppl in drive through.If you go dont think about going inside, you will become a second rate customer!
