For being a hotel restaurant, the food was actually pretty good! I would have chosen to eat here even without the convenience factor of it being in the hotel. The only downside was that on multiple nights, they were completely unprepared for a larger crowd, despite being a convention hotel. For several nights in a row, our convention event was done at 7p, and they seemed completely unprepared staffing wise. We had to wait almost an hour to be seated one night because they were only seating about 1/3 of their tables. You would think being a convention hotel, they would be more used to a large group of people with similar schedules.

Great food and service. Restaurant was closed so ate at the bar. The food was very good with large portion sizes for a small price. I was telling my lady that pork chop meal I had would be almost 50 bucks in Portland, but don't raise the prices ok. The french onion soup was good and not super salty and the fettuccine my lady had was great with shrimps. Bartender was nice, made us feel welcome and very attentive to service needs. We also ate the breakfast buffet this morning before we left. Great selection of fruits meat and other items. My only complaint is the eggs looked like they had been there a while.

Waited 15 minutes at a table and no one came to take our order. Just poor overall service

Every time I visit Wichita and I stay at this hotel I eat at this amazing restaurant. The food selection is top-notch, practically Michelin status. Everything on the menu is delicious and everything comes out in perfect temperature and the staff are just amazing.

This place was great. I went to lunch with co-workers there we were practically the only table there which was good and we had great service but i do habe to admit that they did take a bit longer than expected for a lunch menu. I had the burger, which was not bad they just got a little carried away with the charbroil part of it. But other than that, it would've been perfect, so I'd give it a 9/10. I will definitely go back and give them another try in the coming days.

I have been staying at the Hyatt on a regular basis for over 10 years. The Harvest Kitchen and Bar is excellent. I have eaten here for breakfast, lunch, dinner probably over 100 times. I have yet to anything less than an excellent meal. This is one of those restaurants that's probably a "sleeper" in the town, but if you're from here you should give it a shot. And if you're staying the night here you really don't need to go out and find something other than "hotel" food.

I travel a lot with my job and the Hyatt in downtown Wichita is one of the many hotels my company utilizes. The restaurant and bar in this hotel is my favorite by far. I’ve dined here at least a dozen times and not once have I ever had a bad meal or bad service. The food is always excellent and the service is always friendly and prompt. The Caesar salad with salmon is my “go to” here and it never disappoints.

Wow, what a huge disappointment. We went for the Easter brunch today and it was so pathetic. $40 per person - no omlettes, no waffles, no pasta, no fish, no chicken and no prime rib! What a rip-off! All they had was powdered eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon and sausage, two types of potatoes which were horrible, asparagus, dried out Deviled eggs a small salad bar and two types of dessert. Like I said, what a rip off!!
