I have been staying at the Hyatt on a regular basis for over 10 years. The Harvest Kitchen and Bar is excellent. I have eaten here for breakfast, lunch, dinner probably over 100 times. I have yet to anything less than an excellent meal. This is one of those restaurants that's probably a "sleeper" in the town, but if you're from here you should give it a shot. And if you're staying the night here you really don't need to go out and find something...
I travel a lot with my job and the Hyatt in downtown Wichita is one of the many hotels my company utilizes. The restaurant and bar in this hotel is my favorite by far. I’ve dined here at least a dozen times and not once have I ever had a bad meal or bad service. The food is always excellent and the service is always friendly and prompt. The Caesar salad with salmon is my “go to” here and it never disappoints.
Friendly staff -probably the buffet is best deal! They also have made to order breakfast items like omelets and other breakfast classics! Hotel parking! Food was tasty! Apparently I could have worn my pajamas to breakfast??? I would go again! Was busy but was a holiday!
