Ordered Hibachi Boy on west side and it was horrible. Portions size was the size of a kids meal. There was no flavor it was very disappointing. Next time I will gladly drive out East to Emperors.

This was our first time trying hibachi boy and No one liked the food, I don't think it was fresh. I ordered at 7:45pm and there were no other customers. The Fried rice tasted like it had been sitting awhile, our chicken and shrimp were tough, overcooked. The pad Thai sauce was so salty I couldn't eat it. Even my 8 year old didn't like the crab Rangoon and she usually loves that. Unfortunately we threw most of the meal away rather than eat it.

We just had a wonderful experience here. The ladies working were super duper kind, and made us feel like we were regulars. The food is good, basically like fast food Japanese. Not gourmet but pretty darn delicious anyway. But the service elevated this experience and I know we will be back sooner rather than later!

I'd give 0 stars if possible. The bathroom is filthy. The food was sparse, nothing like the pictures shown. Chicken was extremely hot, but the broccoli that was mixed in was cold. Weird. Then the noodles they serve with the rice smelled moldy! The other meal ordered with was flavorless & difficult to chew from being overcooked. The girl up front was really nice. That's the only positive I can give about this place.
