I got the Hibachi Filet Mignon extra shrimp food was fresh just disappointed I spent 6 dollars for extra shrimp and only received 3.

They’re nice people, my rice wasnt what I asked for. And it was kinda dry, hardly any meat on it as well. The rice I got also only had 2 slivers of egg in it, found more carrot than I did meat, egg, and peas. For $10 the beef fried rice is alright. Can’t really beat the price to be fair. Kid at register was nice. Overall, I could eat the rice, but quite dry. The meat is super yummy though, the few pieces you get lol.

Came in and asked for extra onion and bean sprouts in my noodles. Was even charged extra for both. Got no extra onion got no bean sprouts. It is so hot in the establishment waiting for your food makes you want to pass out. The floor is sticky and dirty. You can hear how sticky and dirty the floor is as you walk around to get your food. Every single table was dirty as well. As I was walking out there was a huge roach in the establishment. I will not be returning. If I could give them -5 stars I would give them that, but sadly I had to give them one star to leave a review. Never again.
Not the first unacceptable experience. Last time I was here they gave me rice instead of the noodles I ordered then tried to tell me I was LYING when I had the receipt proving what I ordered & brought back the food to show them.
Gave them another chance and definitely learned my lesson. Not worth my time, money, or sanity.

I seen in menu it said pad thai was 9.99 the cashier tried to charge me over 11 dollars for it. She was very rude so I didn't even make the order and left. They really need to work on customer service.

Drunken noodles and combo fried rice are top notch!!! Do not care for their sushi and crab Rangoon, just not my style. Miss their west side location but good enough to make the drive to central and hillside. The parking situation is a little tricky sometimes. Always hot and fresh!
Used to order from the west location for lunch and did learn it’s cheaper to call the restaurant directly for to go orders rather than ordering on delivery apps.

Honestly, this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a while. The food was just plain nasty – tasted like it had been sitting out for days. And to top it off, the portions were ridiculously small. Seriously, I've had bigger appetizers! Save your money and go somewhere else because I will NEVER RETURN.

Missing my son’s order, my husband went back in to simply ask them for the missing food. They fought him! Said he was lying as they cooked and put the food together correctly. Made my husband come back out to the truck and bring all the food back in. If we were lying about missing food wouldn’t we have just left the one dish in the truck? Hmmmm so prob seems like we weren’t lying!! Sent us home without the missing food. Not going back!! Don’t waist ur money for boring bland Chinese when the people are terrible. Don’t need to support that business.

Mountain of rice with a bit of meat on top. Only comes with mushrooms, so you need to order the other traditional hibachi veggies separately. Even that portion size is disappointing for the price. The food was tasty though.
Service is one of those places where they literally don't do anything. Don't bring out your food, don't take your order, drinks are canned. Yet tips were all they talked about.

Food was fine for fast food hibachi but .... not sure it would pass a health inspection. I have not been at a restaurant that has had such a dirty floor - food all over it and sticky! It was really gross.
I dont know how this location is open. It is absolutely filthy and their employees couldn't care less. My feet literally stuck to the floor and the benches and chairs and everything was so dirty. I even heard an employee lie to a customer saying that they closed at 8 just because they didn't want to work....
