Left the drive thru line because had 4 cars in front of me and didn’t move. Multiple people go inside and come out before they tend to the drive thru. Slow service.

Was told at the drive thru links were packed with brisket? Who does this.? They weren't there. Ribs were not fresh, at least two days old. No sauce. Something is wrong at this store. Solution was come and get links? Really.
Wanted to ensure my customer was getting correct fries and after being told he was yelled at all day by customers, he gets angry with me and acts like a dasher is not here on behalf of the customer! Either learn how to work under pressure or don't be a manager!

It's fast food BBQ nothing fancy. It's good when you want a quick BBQ meal. This is the 2nd best location they have in town
