About this time a year ago I was running between floors of the hospital taking care of two relatives during their tandem stay. I was WORN and so hungry, hadn't had a proper meal in days and while some folks might say HW is barely a proper meal I would have to disagree. I'm often hungry, dietary restrictions and allergies will do that to you, but I know that any time before 8pm I can get me a baked tater loaded with protein and flavor, made to my specifications and for cheaper than other fast food. This location specifically has my heart for the way they hooked me up during those caregiving days. I simply called in a to go order requesting their largest finest baked potatoe and BOY HOWDY did they deliver. That still remains the biggest potatoe I've ever seen, or eaten! Thanks for filling a mighty needy tummy on a desperate day!

They definitely don't know how to cut brisket. Came out more lile a roast than brisket. And was dry And it was served cold.

First and last time going to the one on central, food was disgusting and dried out and my sister and I found multiple hairs in our food. The one on west street is great!
Returned again 03/03/25 and AGAIN found hair in my potato! I went back and got a refund this time around. I will never go here ever again.

Kind of crappy service and effort from some of the staff. Gen-X birthdates but Gen-Z attitudes. 🤷 Decent food, but your order might be wrong and they won't be happy about fixing it.
