Hog Wild rarely disappoints. Food and service were good! Their potato salad is one of my favorites! I was sad they were out of loaded potatoes, but we were there close to closing time.

This. The. One. Food the best outta all locations. I’ve checked. They got the lil pickles and onions on the counter to top their greatness off. Coleslaw. You don’t like it? Try it here. I put a quart away in 2.7 minutes my guy. My wife’s tater was overflowing with goodness (yes we’re still talking about the food here). Bro, did I say they got watermelon tea?! Watermelon. Tea. It slaps. Slaps ya momma. Slaps ya granny. Slaps ya great-great grandpappy, hell. This place bussin! Now, go look at my review of Rib Crib so yall know I ain’t just a nice guy.

To be honest, I didn't eat there. I saw that they only had chopped brisket and I asked the cashier if it was chopped to order and if I could get sliced brisket.
Unfortunately, the chefs pre-chop the brisket and hot hold it. As a former pit master, Kansas City certificate judge, and lover of brisket, there is no way I would pay for pre-chopped hot held brisket. Absolutely not! It looses flavor and dries out. It just doesn't beat being cut/chopped to order and being able to choose lean, fatty, or extra bark.
I was pretty curious about their open faced brisket sandwich. The gravy may save they brisket.
I appreciate the cashier being honest, but I left and went to Two Brothers. The brisket was AMAZING and sliced to order!
