This place should just let me deposit part of my paycheck here weekly! 🤣 Love HTeaO and all the flavors and options. Especially love their new energy teas. The only drawback is this location doesn't have the coffee/frozen coffee options. The staff are always friendly and courteous and I love that if you go inside instead of drive-thru you can sample all the different tea flavors to see what you like!

My daughter shared this place with me yesterday and I immediately fell in love with it! I love sweet tea and the flavors are awesome and it has so much more! I went back today got my free huge drink, a gallon of Watermelon Refresher and a bag of ice!

Hi! I love the tea at H Tea O! Today though I learned that happy hour is now buy one get one rather than 1/2 price. As a single person that means no happy hour, I now pay full price. With 47% of people being single, I hope that H Tea O will reconsider. Thank you.

We are regular customers at the west HTeaO location. We use the drive through (have only been inside twice). We always fine the workers to be kind and efficient. They are dog-friendly (dog treats at the drive through). The tea is high quality and the flavors are delicious.

Sad that this place is no longer an option for me. Absolutely love coconut unsweetened tea. Stopped by last week to pick up two gallons. Get home and realized the expiration date was that very day. Reached out on the app and was assured by corporate that was not acceptable and they would reach out to store with concern. Husband surprised me today by stopping to bring me home two gallons - unbelievable! They expire today!! So I called expecting to get an apology for the oversight and offer to exchange. Nope. I got an explanation that it was made 4 days ago and even though it expires that day they are required to sell it until they throw it out at the end of the day, but I should just shake mine up and hopefully get a couple days of it being okay still.
I hope corporate was sincere saying this is unacceptable and other stores do better. I won't return to this store or the others in the area with the same owners and bad service practices. Obviously this issue could be easily controlled by adjusting your inventory and how many gallons you do so far in advance. Simple. So simple. Additionally, please train your night "manager" to avoid antagonizing your customers with illogical jargon and excuses. Back to quiktrip tea- which is equal quality, just don't have the coconut. 😕😡
