Very sad with the recent changes. They changed their cups to now "promote" their hot drinks, which they had like 4 or 5 of on their menu.... the cups are smaller and the lids are crap for a Boba drink, everyone e wants to poke the straw thru the top! And the price for a smaller drink thats supposed to be their regular size.... no change. I'm going to a Boba shop for a Boba drink, not a hot coffee. We weren't impressed. Save the hot cups for your hot drinks, and go back to the normal cups.

Their hot and iced drinks are delicious! Oolong with mango is my go-to drink! Also, I enjoy how friendly the staff is each time I visit.
The staff was amazing and friendly. Gave me a good combination and we loved it. This will be my new favorite spot. So many options. The popping Boba is my favorite!

Love this place, I always love their blended drinks. Tristan is always very helpful and cheerful. She always makes my order just right. I love their flavors, the green tea is always so good. They have great selection also for their boba and milk tea. Price is very reasonable as well for the quality and service

I have been coming here the last two years as I work nearby and really enjoy their green tea and boba. However, the new management has made horrible changes and the new staff isn't what it used to be. I have had my order made wrong more times than right. As a weekly customer, it is very upsetting to get a drink made wrong, especially with the high price. Today really set me over the edge with the new management. I brought in a drink that was made wrong and the manager told me that she would not remake it. I told her it was missing sweetener, as one of the employees that often makes my drink wrong, forgets the sweetener often. She instead handed me sweetener and a new lid as a fix instead of simply making me a new drink. Very poor excuse of a fix and felt very disrespectful to a weekly customer. I am unsure if I will be returning to this location after this incident.
