I used to love this place but these past few months it got different. I went the other day they are out of so much. Its annoying, the girls are very nice and I love the drinks they recommend me, but I find it quite aggravating and unsafe when I have my children with me when theres a random guy just laying on the couch and workers who seem off duty just hanging out. This place has gone down hill I never was the type of person to speak out about these franchise businesses but it has made me not wanna go anymore.

This used to be my go-to bubble tea shop, but after the new management it's not even worth the trip. Most of their flavors are out of stock and have been for months, the customer service is nice but the policies they have to follow from the management are asinine. Every time I've gone in there, there's only 1 person working. They also recently increased prices for smaller cups. I can not recommend this shop as there are so many other options that give so much better quality. Their phone number is also shut off so you are unable to contact the store for anything.

Strawberry smoothie with strawberry boba was delicious, I’ve had it in San Diego, but I do have to say this one was absolutely delicious and the employees were super friendly.

I stopped by Ictea and tried their raspberry slushy with raspberry popping boba and wow, it did not disappoint! The drink was the perfect balance of sweet and tangy, super refreshing, and full of flavor. The popping boba added such a fun, juicy burst with every sip honestly, it made the whole experience even better. The texture of the slushy was smooth and icy, not too thick or watery, just right. You can tell they care about the quality of their drinks. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more flavors! If you’re a fan of fruity, refreshing boba drinks, Ictea is a must-visit. Highly recommend!
