This place sucks, worst Ihop I've been too. Food is good but service is stupid, they got my dad's food wrong and I was missing an pancake. Don't go to this Ihop go to the others.

Went last night. I had biscuits and gravy with bacon and hash browns. The biscuits look like English muffins. They brought me this little bowl of gravy that was perfect for half the biscuit. I asked for more. She brought it and it was lumpy and runny. I complained and was told it comes in packet per serving and they only heat it up. Needless to say it was cold. I couldn't eat it. The hashbrowns were just shy of burnt and the bacon could have been cooked longer.

Came in last weekend after the pumpkin patch with the family, was seated quickly and our server Shelby was very attentive, and personable! Kiana was there to assist and made sure our food came out quickly and was able to communicate with their team correctly making sure that Shelby was able to handle the rest of our tables and assist we needed. Thank you Shelby our family enjoyed our meal!

The service was top notch considering it was midnight and I had just gotten off work. Food came out quick and it was hot and delicious!!! A huge change from the old one on all accounts!! Definitely will return!! The Belgium waffles were the highlight of my meal!!

My family and I's experience at IHOP was fantastic, but what really made it special was our waitress, Shelby. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and a joy to talk with. Shelby went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made the whole visit feel extra warm and welcoming. Her service was top-notch, and she truly made our day. Thank you, Shelby!

Spent an hour in the store and interacted with my server three times: taking our order, dropping it off, and giving us the check. Took five to ten minutes to even get seated because the employees were more interested in socializing than doing their jobs. She and the manager spent the entire hour in the kitchen ignoring the customers. I did not once get a drink refill or a check-in. I complained to the manager about my food being disgusting and he ignored me and walked off without making any effort to fix it.
Update: the link I was given in the reply from IHOP did not work, but I filed a complaint online. The person who contacted me, Mickey, outright lied to me and said I never asked for anything but they would be oh so kind as to offer a gift card. I very clearly stated in my complaint I wanted a refund for the service and the food that made me sick. This is emblematic of my entire experience with this IHOP and I will not be returning.

Would rate 0 STARS. I had high hopes for this place after they built a new building. I ordered a pick up order got there shortly after placing waited for 30 minutes AFTER the pick up time to get it. When I got my food it was cold as if it had been sitting for awhile. My sausage was raw in the center. My chocolate chocolate chip pancakes had no chocolate chips. The few bites of food I tasted, tasted like booty hole and smelled very similar. This place hasn't changed a bit the only thing that change moving into a new built building was to rid of the bugs. They should have gotten new staff alongside the new building. The manager Clara was absolutely rude and did absolutely nothing but sit on her phone while only one girl in there did anything

Went on a Friday night around 7ish. Wasn't very busy at all. Waited about 10 minutes to even be acknowledged before being sat. Saw maybe 3 servers walking around. Placed our order, waited a good time for food to come out. Gravy was cold still looked frozen. Asked for more. Our server was more worried about the big party than helping or even acknowledging my table. Had to ask a different server for a refill. I'm not sure if the manager was even there or knew what was going on at all at the restaurant. We just got our food to go . Went to pay and the person up there was more interested in talking to the customer that had already paid. Didn't even look in my direction. Waited there for 5 minutes just to pay my overpriced unsatisfying food. Very poor service, unless you are in a bigger party apparently.

Our first visit to the new Store. Was not crowded, there were 5 of us. Speaking for myself, i ordered the smokehouse combo. It came out lukewarm, ordered catsup, because the one at the table was empty. Didn’t come, so asked for it again. Needless to say when it did come food was cold. Had to order coffee twice before it arrived. The server was probably new, as she was very slow, and was absent most of the time. All the meals came out, except my wife's, avocado toast, which came out 4-5 minutes later, the avocado toast was good, hash browns were not hot, did not eat them. Our meal was over $30 including tip, Since it’s new we’ll wait a month or two try again, or maybe not.

Like the new building. Food was ok I ordered the breakfast crepe and they forgot to add the hashbrowns and cheese and it was burnt. Our server would not bring us warm syrup no matter how many times we asked.

Went in there last night/this morning about 3am because I just got off work and was starving and IHOP is literally known for being 24hrs I also work in a bar and had a few drinks but was not wasted we came in sat down ordered our drinks she brought them and we already knew what we wanted so we ordered we sat there for a minute and the waitress came back and said that somebody else was taking over our table and should be able to introduce herself we waited for 30-45 mins nobody came over and introduced themselves and our food never came I finally got the original waitresses attention she asked if anybody has been over and we said no she asked who took our plates we informed her that we never even got our food she said she'd go back and check then came out like 10 minutes later and said well they just finished making it anyways which was hard to believe considering my food was cold so hungry at that point I didn't care we ate and waited an additional 10 mins after we were completely done and had dishes stacked on the side of the table for her to give us our check nobody checked on us while we ate and it just was not a good experience I still tipped 20% because I'm a server at a restaurant myself and I get it shit happens but still they weren't that busy AT ALL so there's really no excuse that none of the servers checked on us at all and were barely around at all then when we left there was like 4 of them outside smoking definitely will go to a different location next time
