We got there and no one came to greet us, we waited for another 10-15 minutes with no one asking if we need a drink or anything we watch other people get sat and served but nothing no one tried to talk to us we tried talking to multiple waitresses and they just ignored us

The server, Diana, was asked to bring a second coffee container because there were coffee drinkers at both ends at the table she wanted to argue about that, she did not come back and check on us at all except for one time to see if we needed anything or if we were doing okay. The gravy was more like water with no flavor. My granddaughter sandwich was just slapped together not even put together real well kept wanting to try to fall apart. Not sure if we will be back to this one or not

They seem very understaffed and overworked. I've gone here several times and it's always the same. I love the food, but it takes a long time to be seated even when the place is almost empty. Not there server's fault, she was lovely.

Good food and servers we friendly. The place is clean and the prices are fair. the foo was delicious
After being seated, it took about 10 minutes for our server to come to the table. Once she got our order, she brought the food out and never came back. She was no where to be found, and I had to ask a server on break if she could locate my server for a drink refill, to go box, and our check. There were several people waiting to be seated but the host also disappeared In the back with all the other servers. Then, we got our check and she stood there and said, I need that receipt back signed and stood there until I did it. Food has improved but wow, the service was far from okay.

It doesn't get any better then IHOP when it comes to breakfast food. Their pancakes are just fantastic. The rest of the menu is pretty good too. You can't go wrong with any of their omelettes.

I went here with my fiancĂ©e and ordered the the waitress took our order and then we didnât see her until she dropped the drinks off then we had to ask for another waiter to bring us our receipt to go cups and said about our hamburger was undercooked pink all the way to the middle she said âoh it says it on our menu or whateverâ.
