Our server was extremely kind and made.us laugh we loved how kind she was n how funny very sweet lady will most definitely be coming back n hopefully she is my sever again her name is sieharra r she made us feel very welcome she deserves a raise will be going back

Update:3/29: we really do love ihop! They have since fixed their staffing issues, the staff was courteous and attentive. But, they have their frier set too high. My daughter's chicken stips were over cooked and hard. The manager argued they had to leave them in that long to cook them through. If it is burning the outside and raw in the center, coming sense says too hot grease! But they gladly replaced it with another item. This is a great place, but I would skip the chicken stips until they learn how to cook them. The rest of our food was outstanding.

Cold food. Service was ok. Just skip it. Was overcharged in multiple ways. Server was obviously going through some kind of withdrawl. It was terrible. Met clients there. Keep reading if you want specifics.Asked for coffee. Typically they bring a caraffe of coffee and a cup; Brought one cup. Client arrived with 2 kids. Orders were taken. I asked for some rolls or bread or something for the kids (5.99 PER BISCUIT - she brought 6!!!!!!!!) No butter, no jelly, no nothing. Food came out, was WRONG. For example, I ordered Eggs Benedict, client ordered Jalapeno omlette. Jalapeno Eggs Benedict arrived and was placed in front of me. I couldn't eat it. (No refills on anything) Server stood in front of us and took her apron off - and said "I am off the clock, what do you want now" --- there was NO ONE in the resturant. Lots of laughing and cursing all around. It was disgusting dirty. No service, poor food. And stupid expensive. I would complain to corporate but WHY? Step foot in there and you will know what is going on. There are a ton of resturants right around the corner. Applebees has been shut down for Cockroaches several times and I would eat there WAY before this place ---
