Low rent from the beginning to the end. Cheap building, cheap seats, cheap waitress, cheap tasting food that was actually expensive as hell. I can't believe they charge this much for this garbage.

Had me waiting forever to be seated. Its 4 am and you had one table and two servers. Waited up front for over 5 mins, watch you guys walk out and talk to the one table. But i got it, you choose who you want to serve. Im good. I wouldnt have even tipped at that point. Ill hit up a mcdonalds.

Very mediocre breakfast. Over easy eggs slightly undercooked. Pancakes were terrible - fell apart in layers. Service was only OK. Will not be back. Very disappointing.

Don’t ever order online. It’s quicker to dine in. Order said it would be ready @0957. Did not get my food until 1030. No one acknowledged me or gave me an update on my order, I tried to ask about an update but was cut off so they could help the person behind me. Someone from the back notice me and helped me out. Noticed the food was already cold in the to go boxes as I was leaving. So that should tell you the rest of the situation. Thankful for the person that helped me, but the rest of the staff was disrespectful and had no initiative whatsoever. Just dine in if you want food.
Nice, hardworking waitress, AWFUL MEALS. Cold Pancakes, my friends Sandwich lousy, sloppily thrown together, really terrible. Told the nice waitress, but NOTHING happened. Nailed us 60 Buck$, for less than mediocre food, slow delivery to the table, and the nice waitress evidently couldn't get the Manager to do anything or bother to talk to us at the table. I went and found him, on the way out, "OH, if I had known, we'd have replaced it", .... by the time we FINALLY got it, we sure wouldn't have wanted to wait THAT LONG for a replacement meal!
Didn't even offer to discount the outrageous bill, or anything. He was nice enough, but AMAZINGLY indifferent to our concerns. Scratch THIS location off my list, for sure! Sad, that nice girl deserves to work for a much better location.

What an amazing team you have at the North Rock Rd store in Wichita, Kansas. Damon Hobbs and his crew are to be commended for their over the top customer service, clean restaurant and great food. But most importantly, they care about people. They care about the iHop customers. Whoever hired Damon should get a raise… and so should he! Well done iHop.
