My family and I wanted a nice place to just kill some time and enjoy each other's company. IHOP has always been a hit and miss on food and service. This time the service was amazing and the food was very good the whole family left satisfied and fulfilled. Everything was half priced during there happy hour between 4:00pm and 8:00pm.Parking: They had a lot of room with more parking In the back of the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: It was a nice quiet evening for us and the kids. We all had a good time in a good atmosphere.Wheelchair accessibility: Nothing to be worried about plenty of accessibility.

Waited to be seated, even after we were seen standing at the register. The server then skipped us completely and seated someone else and never came back to the register to offer us seating. We'd been there atleast 5 minutes before the other party walked in.

Most of the servers are in the back. There were only 3 other tables so they were not busy. The restaurant was dirty. Dirty booths, dirty floors. This place has gone down hill. Bring back the days of a clean busy restaurant with good servers who stay busy, are professional, and give good service. The food has also gone lackluster. My omelet was dry and Luke warm. My pancakes were raw in the center. Hash brown was so over cooked I almost broke a tooth. My server was I believe, the manager. Unprofessional. Frumpy. We sat without her checking in on us at all. No drink refill. She dropped off the check and took another 20 minutes to come cash us out. The prices are decent so clearly that's not the issue for no customers. Everyone needs to be retrained and they need management that can manage.

Came in early on a Sunday around 6:20 AM we could of literally stolen anything we wanted. We waited 5 minutes and the store was empty but never got seated so we left.

Got the cinnamon roll crepe combo and it was quite tasty. I got scrambled eggs, sausage, and hash browns. Everything was quite tasty, for me personally though the crepe was almost too sweet. I wish they had one that was a basic crepe with a sweet cream filling that then you could add on things if you wished. Also, my meal came with a meat and I chose sausage, but sadly after one bite of the link I couldn’t eat anymore because it was spicy (granted I’m a weeny when it comes to spicy).We needed to have a certain seating to accommodate someone and while it took them a minute to figure out “if/how they could”, it eventually worked out fine and our waitress was great! We actually chose here because it’s March Madness and thankfully they don’t have TVs because every place that does was packed and a person in our party doesn’t like crowded spaces. So, all in all, thumbs up ?.Parking: It’s all relatively close parking and only goes back three rows, but that’s plenty of parking spots and I’ve never had trouble finding somewhere to park.Kid-friendliness: It is a place for everybody. They have a fun kids menu and I do believe they have high chairs.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access to get in and out, certain tables are reserved for wheelchair seating, and the bathrooms are ada compliant.
Ordered the steak it was as thin as jerky no way it was 10 ounces no flavor husband’s potatoes could be eaten through a straw. Service was slow . Worst dinning experience ever
