This is a typical IHOP. It’s nothing special, except for our service. On the same hand, it’s certainly not terrible. We plan to return.

The service at this location was fantastic. We were greeted promptly by an employee opening the door for us. Our waitress this evening really made our evening an enjoyable with consistent check ins to see if we had everything we needed. I will say the interior of the store looked a little tired but was kept well cleaned. If I had anything to complain about, it would be that a cup of black coffee cost almost $3.50

Shelly was supposed to be our server waited 20 minutes watched other tables get orders no one even came by and checked on us… waited 20 minutes not a single person came by…..
Usually IHOP has extremely good service, everybody is usually friendly especially in the morning. My wife and I chose to eat dinner for a change and we were both extremely disappointed. We ordered the fisherman's platter only to be told after the food was on our table that they were out of shrimp and our plates didn't even look remotely like the menu picture. Advice, please hire more staff and train them properly.

The young lady that seated us was super sweet but obviously was new. She had a hard time figuring out how to put our order on her iPad and then sadly the order came out wrong. Asked for the fisherman's platter and got two small pieces of fish and no shrimp. Took my plate back and then came back to tell us they were out of shrimp. French fries were cold. Disappointing
