Came in to eat. Never got acknowledged for 5-10minutes. Open tables 4 staff members, including a manager, walked by and couldn't so much as great us or seat us. So we left.

Came in with my son about 10am on 3/23/24. I placed an order French toast combo and silver 5. I sat there for 40 min and saw that people who got there after us were eating and leaving. I didn’t yell at anyone but I told my waitress I’d just like to leave. They told me it was coming right out so I waited a little longer and they brought out the wrong thing for my son. I declined my meal and said I’d just pay for my sons. They forgot to even put our order in. The one off Kellogg is always slow but I’ll never come to this location ever again as long as I’m sucking air.

Walked in and ordered food. Wife gasps in horror, on the wall was a roach crawling down to our table. The walls and floors were filthy. Notified the waitress, who didn't look surprised.

I should have remembered that IHOP is not a steakhouse; the steak was tough but good flavor. the green beans were tough, but were okay.
