Update: updating to say the manager was extremely nice and we did get a refund. Happy with the service we received from management to resolve the issue! Ordered for pickup (thought we ordered curbside, this was my mistake) called and let them know we were there for curbside and she said "okay the food is ready." Sat and waited twenty minutes. Called and asked where the food was and the hostess said we don't do curbside (not true). Asked to speak to the manager and hostess said "the manager is busy." Called and talked to manager who said she would talk to the employee. We asked for a refund and the manager said she would take a picture of our order and submit it to the refund people. Our food was now cold. We didn't get whipped cream for my son's pancakes, order the 2x2x2 and substituted regular bacon for turkey (and paid extra for this) and and relieved regular bacon and only one piece. Did not recieve any syrup for our waffles or pancakes and had egg shells in our over medium eggs. Absolutely atrocious experience.

Didn’t have what I went there for no longer in the menu. Service was poor, unfriendly and I’m accommodating. Asked the waitress to have the music turned down, she was rude and said I’ll see what I can do. The music didn’t change. The food was to say the least horrible.. we will not return ever.
