Pancake was undercooked, our waitress was overwhelmed & it wasn't busy at all. It took 15 minutes to just get menus. She would completely disappear, so any requests for napkins or drink refills we had to ask another server.

Just wow... husband ordered over easy eggs..eggs scorched from too hot of a pan & weren't even partially set so sent them back, server argued that they were right. 2nd round of eggs, scorched from too hot a pan, yolks good but whites still super runny. Another rebuttal from server to which I politely explained the over easy egg cooking process. 3rd time...yep 3rd, eggs scorched & whites still not close to setting at all! We asked for check & only then did server apologize. No mgr seen & no involvement at all. Yes, it's only eggs...but it's also the lack of customer service. So IHOP MGMT team, spend less time in the office & more time training your servers to give a damn & KM at Maize location, teach cooks how to make a basic egg..it is NEVER crunchy around edges and scorched from too hot a pan. Won't be back. This is why we eat breakfast at home.

Went to IHop on Maize. Ordered a waffle with fresh strawberries. They bring it out with stawberry compote. I said I want fresh strawberries like in the pic. Waiter said they are using them for something else. Brought me a new waffle with rinsed strawberry compote. The manager was just as worthless.

Poor business practices, nice people work here and are put in a tough position due to these poor business practices l. This business does not take orders over the phone (even if you want to pay for it over the phone in advance); and ONLY allows for online orders. Good luck if you don’t have WiFi or internet connectivity!Further, the menu is NOT inclusive of all menu items offered, for instance if you want to order grits good luck finding those on the online menu because grits are not listed as part of the online menu.
