I came to the drive thru and got my drink as soon as I got to the window. They had me pull forward to wait for my food, which I did not get until 25 minutes after the time that was on my drink. I about finished my drink before I got my food. This has been happening quite often. I might have to give my business elsewhere for my morning food & beverage needs. This used to be my favorite spot.

Almost every time I've gone through the drive thru, they don't repeat the order back over the intercom and then the order ends up being wrong. I tell them it's wrong and every time they've been awkward about remaking the drink. If they would repeat it back, I think this all could be avoided. I want to be able to support this local spot, but I think I'll go elsewhere.

Love il primo.... but you guys literally just remodeled and have now 2 windows in the drive thru and you guys are literally so slow! Have someone outside taking orders so the line can move way more efficiently. It's ridiculous how slow you guys are! It sucks bc I love your food and drinks
I love this place! It's a quaint little shop with about 15 tables and seating for customers awaiting their order. The atmosphere is cozy and the smell is to die for. The food is made fresh and the espresso drinks are hand crafted to your liking. With a wide variety of specialty drinks to please even your most complex palette there is something for everyone. They have Italian sodas and some teas as well. The service is always prompt and friendly. There is also a drive through for those in a hurry. 10/10 highly recommend for anyone looking for a bite to eat and a pick me up on the go or to just sit and enjoy!

Cute little shop! Very friendly workers and lots of creative drink options! I even ordered off menu and they were able to accommodate!
Edit: Had to drop some points in atmosphere unfortunately. Came back after their revamp and it feels awfully cold (literally temperature-wise) and sterile, not cozy and welcoming like it was before. A bit disappointing if I had to be honest but the new patio area seems nice.

Literally ordered my drink at 8:16 per my cup label. I walked in to order and she marked drive through. I didn’t get my drink until 10 minutes later because I went and asked. It was sitting back by the drive through melted.
Everything went smoothly.
It was handled perfectly.
