My favorite east side coffee place. I also love the near limitless combinations of available coffee and sweeteners available and the staff picks written on the wall. Plus it has one of the better local fells out of most coffee places in Wichita. I’ll always recommend Il Primo

was trying to find a good local coffee shop and my partner recommended il primo. we usually order via drive thru- service is fast and staff were friendly. the coffee shop is pretty cozy and clean as well. my fav drink is their iced caramel macchiato!

Il Primo is better than Starbucks or Dunkin or pretty much any coffee shop in Wichita. Thank God they are under construction and getting a second drive-thru window because that would be my only complaint. If there's more than three cars in line, forget about it. Which is to no fault of their own. I could plan my life better and leave early lol but I know my day is better when I start off with a coffee from Il Primo! Thank you

Il Primo is my favorite place to get coffee/drinks from on the east side. The chai tea latte is my FAVORITE. I’m not a big review person but I am hoping someone will see this to maybe address the issue that is the time you have to spend in line for a drink. I have a rule, if there is more than 3 cars in line, I don’t have time. This deters me and many others I know so many times from stopping by. Other than that no complaints whatsoever. I really do be craving my chai tea from here.

I am beyond astonished at the treatment I received here this morning. The lady at the windows took my money, then, instead of offering me, the customer, a punch card, she got an employees punch card and punched it, further gaining him a free drink. Then, she said my drink would be right out, and she proceeded to go make other's drinks. After several minutes sitting in the drive thru, she came back to the window, reached under the register, where my drink had been sitting this whole time, and gave it to me. For whatever reason, she felt the need to make me sit there and wait, instead of handing me my card and drink at the same time. I couldn't believe my eyes. She should be fired, but I will never return anyway since this is how customers are treated here.

The shop makes good coffee beverages and pastries/muffins. I utilize the drive through and usually dont stray away from my typical order or plain coffee drinks so I can’t review all of the food. They only issue with the store I have is the drive through speaker is loud enough to blow your ear drum out, and it is difficult to understand the person taking your order. Been like that for a loooooooong time and it’s terrible. Even with the terrible speaker, the coffee is worth it.
