Dined in on one of our late nights in Wichita. We used to go to the old location back in the day when they had a drive thru, and food/service is as delicious/great as I could remember. The good: Food was very fresh and tasty. We could tell that the yellowtail and salmon was fresh. We had 2 sushi rolls, curry chicken fried rice, baked oysters on the half shell, a champagne flute (?) of red and white wine.
The bad: As stated in previous posts, the fried rice had about 8 small pieces of chicken. Sushi slices were very thick making it difficult to eat. Oysters were somewhere between raw and cooked making for a weird texture.

I've had sushi 1000 times, this was the best. I asked for extra spicy, he has homemade chili that finally exceeded my standards. Then as I was leaving, he said I reminded him of Spider-man :). I will be going again, and I want it even more now that I am writing this review. Prices and sushi are better than anywhere else in town, but be okay with waiting 15 minutes.
