Great little place to get a quality smoothie and a pretzel. Plenty of options for everyone. Staff is friendly and prompt. Glad to have a convenient location in Maize. Great job ??

Understaffed, poor customer service, such a long wait time standing inside or in the drive through. Stood inside and watched someone with an online order walk out without their stuff, two people who ordered after me leave before I got anything, and a customer stand at the desk and walk out without ordering because no one greeted him

Imagine going through the drive through and placing your order which was a medium Pineapple, Blueberry Smoothie w/ NO COCONUT. The young man taking my order wasn't aware or knowledgeable that items can be replaced with other items. The manager got on the mic and stated they'd replace the Banana with Pineapple which is exactly what I wanted with NO COCONUT due to allergies. I received the order and IT HAD ABSOLUTELY NO PINEAPPLE in it and it had COCONUT in it. On the cup was the receipt that states there's only Blueberries w/COCONUT and I was charged about $9 bucks. So, I decided to go inside to show them the receipt on the cup, inform them of my allergies and the manager kindly apologized, stated she'd remake the smoothie for me at no charge, sounds great right??? WRONG!! SHE REMADE THE SAME EXACT SMOOTHIE I INFORMED HER WAS WRONG. It was extremely slow at the time I showed up, so being busy with orders isn't an excuse. I recieved yet another smoothie with only Blueberries with COCONUT which I am allergic to.

This place has great customer service! I was there on Saturday morning and the guy working drive thru who took my order was so nice! I wish more places cared about customer service this much! Will definitely be back!

Brandon exceeded our expectations of this visit! Not only did he recommend a decadent and sweet packed whipped coconut waffle bowl, but he was polite and very attentive to our desire to try something new! It is very hard to come by decent employees that not only do their job well but actually give great insight and enjoy doing it! Brandon is that! Thanks Jamba Juice!

I'm so beyond happy that Jamba is in Wichita! The Annie's pretzel is an awesome partnership, and I am happy I no longer have to go to the mall for their pretzels. However, this is a rare treat. Do note the price is outrageous. I noticed I spend about $30 when my daughter and I go, and all we buy is one large, one medium jamba and one regular salted pretzel. However, I wish this store all the success, and they seem to be busy each time I've gone in.
terrible service. forgot one of the items from my order. didn’t understand what drink i was trying to order when the drink was on their online menu. when attempting to resolve the issue i was given a negative attitude as feedback. was waiting in drive thru line for at least 30 minutes with almost no cars in line.

I’m actually an employee at Jamba and auntie Anne’s and let me just we have a great team of staff with friendly service. I really enjoy the pepperoni pretzel bites with cheese dip, it’s so yummy. If you ever get the chance to have a smoothie I definitely recommend the white gummy, it’s my favorite especially for a hot summer day.
