Went 9/6/25. They make it fresh. Low rating is because the pretzel dog was given to me not fully cooked. Top was burnt. Ripped the top off to take off and noticed the dough wasn’t cooked all the way through. One of the workers said sorry. Didn’t offer to replace. The shift lead had spoken to me previously because we were asked to park when 10 minutes passed and the food was never delivered, causing the line to become backed up. Another vehicle was also asked to park. The shift lead was nice, no complaints other than the food was undercooked. Kids wanted to eat here and standardly come for pretzel nuggets. There is always a wait, so I am not upset about waiting. Low stars for food quality. I didn’t give 1 star because the shift lead gave us a free dip for the inconvenience. The worker I notified that the food was not fully cooked didn’t even bother flagging down the shift leader. Threw the food out to the birds.

My daughter initially ordered an Açaà Bowl, but the açaà had not been left out to thaw by the night shift. The sweet worker, Nicole, apologized profusely for the absence of the ingredients needed and comped my daughter’s choice of Strawberry bowl as a substitute. Nicole was very friendly and prepared the smoothie and bowl quickly!

I have tried to come here 3 times. EACH time it to them over 30 MINUTES with 3 of them to give us our order of three yogurt bowls. I went today and through drive and I got to the window after 6 minutes she looked me in the eye set the bag down and walked away and took the order of another person at the counter. I proceeded to wait 6 more minutes waiting to pay before driving off. NO ONE came. Worst customer service I have ever seen/had. DO NOT come if you want to eat

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are lazy rude and do not do there jobs properly. It shouldn't take 3 people 20 minutes to make a smoothie. I own 6 local business, I would fire all of the employees and start over.
