The food is great! Place is clean and the girls working are kind and hardworking!

Ordered 3 sandwiches (1 cold, 2 hot), they forgot about both hot sandwiches. Twice we went up to ask about it, both times they had to look up our order and told us they would be right out. It was over 30 minutes between paying at the register and receiving our food. Numerous people went through the line after we got there and left with their food before us.

I ordered ahead on the app and didn't realize I had ordered from the wrong location. The girl at the counter was so kind, asked what I ordered, and said she would take care of it today. She suggested I call the other location to let them know to just cancel that order & let them know what happened.

She was QUICK and efficient. I was in and out in maybe 5 minutes. I sadly did not catch her name but today's customer service leaves much to be desired so it was rather refreshing to have the experience I did.

The wait is ridiculous, and my order was placed ahead online and still there is a 10 min wait when arriving. Apparently it’s quicker to just get in line to order.

I went in for my typical Italian sub. I’m picky & don’t like certain things which I know can be frustrating to service industry people. While a young lady named Randy (I apologize if I spelled the name incorrectly) was preparing my sandwich, I forgot to mention that I do not prefer the red wine vinegar. Right after she hit my sandwich with it I realized I messed up. Without a fuss & with a smile on her face, she remade me a new sandwich & comped it even though I was adamant about paying for both. After all, the first one was my own fault. Genuinely made my day & she deserves a raise or promotion IMO! Although a small act, it was very nice & shows that she takes pride in what she does. Thank you!!
