Jersey Mike's Subs

This review is directed at one employee specifically... her name is Keasia, and she couldn't possibly be any more kind, sincere, and absolutely INCREDIBLE at her job. This young lady built a sandwich for me like I've never seen before, even from my mom on a sick day!!! Seriously... this sandwich was layered PERFECTLY! I know you don't understand what I'm saying, but every pickle, every onion, every bacon slice was meticulously placed so that the sandwich would have endured a category 3 hurricane. She knew what she was doing, she did it fast, and she did it all while having a pleasant conversation with me. This girl needs to teach her own training class, no kidding.

10/10 will come see Keasia again, even if she works somewhere else. 👍❤️

Tried to order a grilled Italian sandwich today. Before I could even ask them to grill the cherry peppers I was shut down and informed they do not and would not grill my sandwich.....on the flat top griddle behind the rude young lady who refused me. Didn't give a rip that we canceled my wife's sandwich and left. Schlotzky's took my money. No problem.

Jersey Mike's has some of the best subs for the best value in town. I love their Veggie; it is far superior to the one from Firehouse and quickly surpassed Jimmy John's Veggie as my favorite. They don't hold back on the veggies, either: extra all the way! Four stars only because I have noticed some consistency issues at this location (ask for wheat, get white; missing items in a carry out order; once got the entire wrong sandwich all together) and they do tend to overdo The Juice (I want to taste it, but I don't want my sandwich drowning in it). Any time I've ever had an issue, the employees have always been very apologetic and fixed it promptly; customer service here is fantastic! All in all, I love Jersey Mike's! Definitely recommend for a quick sandwich.

Usually great sandwiches but lately the quality has been slipping. Last month they screwed up a pickup order and gave me a couple bounce back coupons...only they expired like a week later.
Yesterday my sandwich only had like two slivers of lettuce.

Twice I have ordered lunch in the last month from this location, via Grubhub, and both times the RESTAURANT has cancelled my order, due to being “too busy”. If you don’t want delivery orders during a certain time, don’t make your restaurant available on Grubhub!

First off the employees like to throw things while off the clock at random cats then when followed and confronted they were like sorry don't call the cops we work at jersey Mike's we'll give you cards for free did. Then when I go in to pick up a door dash order one of the people that threw stiff at my car yelled at me like I was stupid and said the order was on the shelf. Which my order wasn't. I told him I could take the other orders on top of the one I was waiting for and he got more angry. I guess I'll be calling wpd and my attorney to settle this very messed up staff

This store is amazing! I had a couple sandwiches get messed up but they were quick to get them fix and get me a refund. Everybody I talked too was super kind and nice to talk with while I was In the shop. If I didn't already love Jersey mike I would now.

Employees completely ignored online orders while quickly processing the line. Shouldn't have to wait through a whole line of people being served when you order online. Shouldn't receive food over 10 minutes after the posted ready time. The whole point of online ordering is it should be fast and convenient and my last order here was anything but. The food is amazing, but the service needs a lot of work.

My favorite sandwich chain in the area! Cant go wrong with their crusty, yeasty bread & thinly sliced deli meat! Love the red wine vinegar option! HOWEVER, best when ordered in-person. Every time I order online, the order is always wrong (not complicated- just 2 sandwiches). Seating is limited at this location.

I went here on my birthday 4/10 to redeem my free regular sub birthday reward. The place was packed out because a school was there redeeming coupons for a fundraiser but the staff was giving top tier service; executing with excellence. I ordered their chicken bacon ranch with chipotle sauce and it was delicious! The subs are made fresh to order and I will be back!
