I placed an online order for a single sandwich at the Jersey Mike’s in New Market Square (Wichita) at 1:51 PM on Saturday. I was not handed my order until 2:13 PM — a 22-minute wait for one mini-sandwich during an off-peak time.

While I waited, there were at least 6 employees behind the counter, and I watched 5 walk-in customers place and receive their food before mine was even started. This shows a clear deprioritization of online orders.

At off-peak hours, a single digital order should take 5–10 minutes at most. Allowing in-person orders to repeatedly jump the queue undermines the value of Jersey Mike’s online ordering system.

This location is not meeting Jersey Mike’s brand standard of convenience and speed. I strongly encourage corporate to review digital order handling and enforce consistent service expectations at the New Market Square Wichita store.

Walked in this evening a little after 7, and was surprised to see it so dead! We love us some jersey Mike's!

Rob greeted us with a warm and friendly smile right from the start and also had a great joking manner to himself.

After we so nicely declined to eat at the restraunt, we had some issues swiping our card. (Not due to insufficient funds but a card swipe error). After trying a second card, Rob didn't skip a beat and a few seconds later he handed us a receipt with a meal on the house.

Great experience and even greater people working here tonight! We will be returning soon.

Always good sandwiches, they make it right always and its clean. Everytime we come here, the sodas from the fountain are watery and always taste watered down or like club soda no matter which kind of pop we get. Everything else is always good.

Edit: spoke with Jeff the manager and was supposed to have a couple free sandwich cards. Went in to pick them up a hour before close and was ignored by staff.

They ran out of bread and never called me to let me know then lied over the phone saying they did call me before they knew my name.

It wasn't very good. I ordered a number 55 and I got some sandwich with ham and pickle on it. And number 55 is a Philly cheese steak sandwich. Been trying to call for 3 days and get sent to voicemail every time. Only problem with their voicemail is you can't leave a message. Complained online through their comment section and still didn't get a response.

Customer service here is awful…the young lady making my order did not smile the entire time and would just look at me even when I was the only customer there ordering. She needs to really work on liking her job along with the young guy taking money. I should have just walked out the atmosphere needs some help!

The people that work here can NOT make a sandwich! It is hilarious I have ordered on line 3 times and not once have they made it correctly 🤣 If I'm gonna purchase a 17 dollar sandwich it needs to be right ! It's an online order how can you get it wrong ? All 3 times I went the store wasn't busy either so the only explanation is they don't care

For $19 for a giant sub they just aren't loaded up any more. You hardly get any meat or toppings. Even when asking for extra toppings you don't get them
