You rocked today like a bunch of ROCK stars - Moving orders quickly and watching yall while waiting for the food we ordered was AMZING!!!! All earned every bit of praise you got today and we APPRECIATE you totally!!!!

The people that work here can NOT make a sandwich! It is hilarious I have ordered on line 3 times and not once have they made it correctly 🤣 If I'm gonna purchase a 17 dollar sandwich it needs to be right ! It's an online order how can you get it wrong ? All 3 times I went the store wasn't busy either so the only explanation is they don't care

For $19 for a giant sub they just aren't loaded up any more. You hardly get any meat or toppings. Even when asking for extra toppings you don't get them

12/15 update:
The store manager promptly addressed my concerns, and provided meal replacement cards for a later time. I have since been back, however have not ordered online so I can not attest to wait times there. Since returning staff has been respectful and quick with service in person.

Second occasion of ordering online with my food not started upon arrival. Had to wait 30 minutes for one sandwich to be completed. The workers were behind the desk eating pizza. There was no line and no other orders placed (no tickets on the line). Not sure why this is a repeated pattern at this location, especially with it not being busy. Additionally, when mistakes are made in customer service it is important to acknowledge, apologize, and try to make it better. All I received was "here's that order, sorry about that". I understand working in the food environment is tough, however there is no excuse for neglecting orders when your establishment only had two guests (besides me) in the dining room having already received their order.

This Jersey Mikes is much better than the one at Braeburn square!! Tasty, with efficient and friendly employees! It’s a go-to spot for me!

I came into this Jersey Mike’s yesterday around 7pm and was greeted by a handsome tall young man with really pretty hazel colored eyes. He was super sweet to me and held a conversation the whole time I was in there. At first I thought he was the only worker but it appeared that there were more but yet none of them came to help him. This young man was doing everything by himself from cleaning and to helping other customers as well! He made my time here great!

Why is everyone that works at this location so rude and unhappy all the time?! No one ever smiles or greets you and just acts generally put off by your business, if the sandwiches weren’t so good I would never come back. I hate feeling like I’m inconveniencing someone at their place of employment.

Counter staff were friendly and efficient. Food tasted fresh, the bread had the right amount of “chew”, and was very good. Have never eaten here before ( have had it catered) and it was a good experience and would come again. The atmosphere ranked slightly lower only because we wanted to eat in and it was very busy with limited seating and the line was right next to our seating area.
