My husband eats here most days throughout the week. He loves the chicken bacon ranch hot sub. We order on the app and it's always done and ready in a reasonable time. Staff is always nice too.
Came during a busy time which was great to see! Waited patiently in line and unfortunately for me, I wasn’t aware of how the “line system” worked for those who ordered hot sandwiches versus cold sandwiches. Regardless, the lady who “directed” me was super rude. Not once but twice, when all I was trying to do was be friendly to the person behind me with their food. The food was good as always but the hospitality could have been better.
Went during lunchtime rush hour and was greeted kindly, my order taken quickly and received my meal in about 3 minutes. Check out was swift and courteous, also. I will be a repeat customer!!!
