Why do they expect a tip? Because i pay with a credit card? I wait for some one to take my order there is no TIP for you. You want to make more money go get a real job. Then salty employees on top of everything else. No thanks . Not going to return here again.

I was there around 9:30 I got home and my order was wrong. I called to inform the manager HENRY at 9:58 when I made it home. He asked in a rude way if I wanted to bring it back and they make a new one. They close at 10. So, I. Didn’t trust it so I asked if they could write my name and I’ll come tomorrow. He said yes and asked for my receipt number. I gave it to him and he pulled the order up . Then he proceeded to be condescending and say we’ll bring back the sandwich and the receipt because the have a lot of people trying to hustle them. I told him I was offended and asked who the general manager was and he told me her name and said that’s policy to bring the sandwich and receipt back. I asked if he pulled the receipt he said yes. But they need to match them. Then he proceeded to say he is not going to answer any questions because he has things to do.

They refuse to listen to special request on sandwiches I ask for extra mayo and sauce and they just do whatever they want I’ve gotten over 30 sandwiches from this place and I’ve expressed I want extra mayo and yet I still get a ton of dryness every time they simply don’t care
