Ordered from this location on Sunday & got the wimpiest sandwich I’ve ever seen- it had 3 pieces of turkey/ 4 mini tomato slices/ mayo/ flattest bread, I called them from work (paid for delivery) & they told me that my sandwich was correct… I’ve gotten from this location before & haven’t ever been disappointed

Fix your drive thru menu ordered the #9 which doesn’t mention any mayo on the sandwich on the description, got home happy to eat the sandwich and there’s mayo all over it. I understand now mayo is in almost every sandwich but how hard is it to put on the description. Threw the sandwich out and wasted $20 and two meals planned for the day.

We went in and stood at the counter while the staff ignored us and they continued to take orders and fill for the drive thru.I asked if we needed to go to the drive thru to purchase food. We finally went to the other end of the counter and asked if someone would help us. There were 4 staff standing either at the counter to make Sandwiches for the drive thru and one walking around.When they did make the food, there were dietary restrictions, which they ignored. After two remakes I gave up. Picked what I could eat off the sandwich and left.

After three tries, this place is off our list now. They can't make a BLT sandwich at all. Apparently, the "bacon" part of BLT means they dab the bread with bacon for flavor and then put it away. They certainly aren't putting on their sandwiches. My Italian sub was okay the first two times but wasn't very good this last time. There are better options close by.

As always, fantastic food. I eat here regularly and have since they opened. Maybe it's because the employee pool has gotten so thin but some of the present workers are not enjoyable to deal with. The young lady who just assisted me with my drive-through order lacked any pleasantries or manners and had a terrible attitude. Imagine my lack of surprise when she handed the sack out the window and it was missing items from the order. She never even looked in it before passing it out. Come on, Jimmy John's. You can do better than this.

Food is fine, as expected. Delivery has become terrible. I am still waiting for a sandwich I ordered 40 minutes ago. I am 7 blocks from the store. This is not the first time it has happened, and there is always an excuse. The last time it was the weather (? -- it was raining). They are close, and since I only have a half-hour for lunch, they are my go-to, but I am starting to believe that "Freaky Fast" should be removed from the advertising.
