While I was not impressed with the app when placing the catering order, management went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the food and service. This was my first time to order from Jimmy John’s. I placed an order for box lunches. I ordered 14 slims. I had no idea these don’t come with cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes-standard. Only the ham had cheese as an option on the app. Weird. I also called about an hour and a half before my pick up time to get it rushed for an earlier pickup. The manager gave us the veggies on the side and she had the sandwiches ready when I arrived for pickup. Really appreciate her going above and beyond.

Very clean restaurant with super friendly and clean staff. Food was pretty good. 4 stars because the sandwiches need to be wider so the fillings don’t fall out. Some of my family prefers softer bread as well.
Ordered the new firecracker sub and asked for chicken with it. Half way though my sub I realized there's no chicken..came With chips and a drink. Almost 20 bucks. Never coming back
