Everyone I know speaks unkindly things, unsettling things, about Jimmy Johns. These persons are of a lesser breed of human and will one day face the wrathful vengeance of the fabled broodwich. The Broodwich was form from the unfettered hate that this sandwich brand received. It will soon be delivered upon them in record time, much like the subs constructed in this very store. 6/10 good subs

Jimmy John's is one of my favorite restaurants, but this location can't do anything right. Have to stop ordering for delivery because at least 75% of the sandwiches have been made (10+ orders) with different ingredients than specified. Even just ordering their standard, and they don't even out the things that they specify on the menu. It's a roulette game with these guys as to which sandwich and which toppings you'll get

Update: my last review was 2 months ago. Gave them another try. Ordered food at 12:10PM. I called to verify the order was received after 45 minutes. They sent it to Uber to be picked up. As of now, food is to arrive at 1:35PM. 90 minutes is definitely not, freaky fast.
I randomly order at work when I don't have time for lunch. The last frew times it has been SUPER SLOW. Today it took an hour to get my order when it used to take 15-20 minutes. There's been times where I never even received my order. Sad the service has become like this.

As being a first time customer I didn’t know you had to ask for your sandwich to be toasted so mine was not and I didn’t know until I got home that it was cold so I was a little disappointed.

Clay at the North Rock location was a delight. In the short time I was picking up my order he lit my day up. Definitely someone you’d want on your team there. Deserves a raise for great service!

I had an issue when ordering through the app where it confirmed my order took the amount due from my bank acct and then turned around and declined my order without putting the money back. I called the store and spoke with Anna and she advised me to contact the app support for the refund and if I wasn’t able to get through give them a call back. (I would like to tip my hat to her. I know what was transpiring was in no way her fault but due the situation and it being the last of my money to feed my kids until my paycheck tomorrow I was extremely frustrated and got a little sassy at the end but she maintained professionalism and kindness through it all.)When I called the app support line 3 different times I was sent to voicemail each time. I did leave a message, but called the store back and spoke with Stashia explaining everything that had transpired. Both Anna and Stashia in my opinion went above and beyond to make sure they were able to do everything in their power to get this taken care of to which my children thank you! Not only is the food amazing every time we come, the atmosphere and customer service are top notch.

So I called up, do I have a delivery? It's four forty in the afternoon, and I was going to have a delivery, and they told me no cash because they use uber eats or doordash, which is bullshit i remember when they used to do it in-house and not let other companies take it over.
So jimmy johns has sold out and is no longer doing delivery inn house, so i'm pretty sure the prices will go up

I have loved Jimmy John’s since they were in Lawrence! However, this Jimmy John’s just hits different!!!!! The people are amazing. I’ve never had any bad service or food, and they really are super fast.!!! I recommend every single time!
