1/21/25 went to the drive-thru place an order was never greeted waited for 10 minutes to place my order then they said thank you for choosing Jimmy John's how may I help you they didn't apologize or nothing place my order went up to the window another 10 minutes waiting to pay after I paid wait another 10 minutes to get my food then I watched them put too much seasoning on my sandwich
1/22/25 went back to get my refund the manager didn't know how to count correctly I got 1910 back out of 1955 paid with a 20 that would make it 45 cents that I got from the day before so I should have gotten 1955 back in cash she needs to be fired

I have ordered from here a couple times and when they get it right it tastes great. My issue seems to be on any given night it's a 50 / 50 they get the sandwiches right, maybe 70 / 30.

I come to this location often, probably at least once a week. Today 6-21-24 was some of the worst food. The pasta was literally half full, barely any pickles, and sandwich is wrong. Im hoping this is a bad day.

I don’t get mad when restaurants make mistakes. I do get mad however when they make mistakes and then they make excuses or don’t try to make it right. Today I placed a catering order for pick up at 3:30pm. I showed up right at 3:30 and the person who helped me at the counter didn’t know about it. They didn’t have it started let alone complete. However the manager dropped what she was doing, gave me a drink, and promptly started my order. She didn’t make excuses, she just said “very sorry” and started my order. They had it completed within 15 minutes and as I was leaving she offered me free cookies. I don’t know her name but she was awesome! Great job to her and her team!

Ordered a#1 pepe for 8 dollars and they dug all the fluffy part of the bread out, and it had 3 thin pieces of meat on it and hardly any lettuce or mayo...... i know inflation is a thing, but good god at least put a little bit of meat on the sandwich or dont dig out the bread..... i wouldve gladly paid more for an actual sandwich.....

This place as soon as you walked through the door was littered with trash, the employees were standing around on their phones, it took 45 minutes to get my sandwich??? That doesn't even make sense, Jimmy John's is known for their swiftness, so majorly confused on that, and to top it off my sandwich was cold, I wish I could give less then 1 star, do not recommend at all, that manager needs to be fired

Ordered online (3 sandwiches) and came in for pickup. Gave them my name, and was told they would call me when it was ready. Forty-five minutes after I ordered I asked them about my order. They seemed confused but finally made my sandwiches.

They took 20 mins to get my order and the person was just staring at me and not giving me my order and she looked at us took someone else’s order and kept doing that horrible service and still didn’t get my order right do not go to this restaurant it has horrible service and still it was for one person and charged us too.
