Ordered online (3 sandwiches) and came in for pickup. Gave them my name, and was told they would call me when it was ready. Forty-five minutes after I ordered I asked them about my order. They seemed confused but finally made my sandwiches.

They took 20 mins to get my order and the person was just staring at me and not giving me my order and she looked at us took someone else’s order and kept doing that horrible service and still didn’t get my order right do not go to this restaurant it has horrible service and still it was for one person and charged us too.

Food was consistent as always but I just don't feel like I get the food for the price. $20 for a sandwich just feels like highway robbery. Don't get me wrong, it's delicious and I understand profit margins, just feel that $20 is a bit much for a sandwich.

used this store for 4 years,but really has gone downhill,yesterdays sandwiches barely any condiments ,extras I asked for again not put on side..luv drivers but whoever making sandwiches NEED TO READ TICKET! will give JJ a rest & try other sandwiche

this Jimmy John's I have used for 4 years but has totally went downhill. My sandwiches yesterday were terrible,extras didn't come on Side as I ask over & over.one smudge of mustard on sandwich hardly any condiments. Luv the drivers,but whosever making sandwich needs to read tickets properly. Will take rest from place for awhile!

This Jimmy John's was awesome. I went in the other day to get lunch for a friend & myself. She had never had Jimmy John's. They weren't as prominent here when she lived here before. Plus, where she lived before moving back didn't have them at all.I thought it would be fun to show her why it's so popular. While I was there, I also decided to surprise my husband & his coworkers. They did an amazing job at making sure the catering order was done fast & correct DURING LUNCH RUSH!!! Amazing experience, Great staff & good food always gets 5 stars ? ?
