Delivered wrong food. Then lied about crediting me for the food
Slowest delivery of any restaurant in Wichita. Which is appalling for a place that advertises as freaky fast. You call them and they don’t seem to understand why waiting over an hour is a problem. They also always seem to forget an item. Either the chips or a drink.
The worst part is once the order leaves the store, they immediately mark it as delivered on the tracker. Most likely explanation I can think of is this helps their metrics with Jimmy John’s corporate. If corporate knew how slow they were, there would be problems.

I’m the only person in the place, I make an order for one of their hot sandwiches. What I get is a hot sandwich, however it is loaded with extras that I didn’t ask for and don’t come on that sandwich. I don’t know about you but as far as I’m concerned you’re ripping me off when I’m not getting what I ordered. This was intentional, so I would never recommend anything from this establishment. Yes intentional, I was the only customer in the place when I made that order. So either they are complete idiots or did that on purpose. I will tell everyone I know about this, and to not spend money with these folks.

Been going to this place almost daily for several years. Always order the same thing (#4 no tomato) and often they start making it for me as I walk in the door. The quality is extremely consistent and I have always found them to be very very friendly here.The last time I was there (last Wednesday) there was a new employee (new to me anyway) at the register, extremely friendly and helpful, and I think he got discombobulated a bit when the guy that knows me well made my sandwich as I was walking in and put it on the counter when we were in the process of my paying. I took the card out when it said "approved" and the guy said that it must not have gone through because the receipt didn't print out, could I please run it again. I told him that it said it had been approved, but no big deal, I ran it again and the receipt printed out. I sat down and checked my credit union checking account and it showed that two charges of $10.95 just went through. I took it back and showed him. He was extremely helpful but he said he had to go back and talk to the manager. (She has always been extremely friendly, always says hi, and smiles at me whenever I go in.) I was sure she'd take care of it.He came back to my table a minute later and said that she told him only one charge had gone through, but to give the bank a few days and I could always come back and get a refund. (He was very apologetic about this.) This response kind of surprised me, since I had clearly shown him (and he relayed it to Melissa) that two charges had just appeared in my checking account.OK, I thought. I'll give it a few days. Maybe there's something about this I don't understand. It's now been four days and both charges are still there. This has NOTHING to do with the money. I just was hurt more than anything to be treated this way. Sorry Jimmy John''s. You've lost a customer for life.

This place is not fast at all. I ordered an hour ago and still don't have my food. They have Uber delivering and it's going to take 30 mins to go 1.5 miles. I called and they were like eh sorry. I only ordered because it supposed to be fast.

Got sandwiches here two times, first one had so much sauce I felt like I was drinking it, the second one was a hot sandwich that was also buried in sauce and tasted exactly like cleaner. Service was good however and the restaurant is clean, maybe too clean.

We did not receive the chips with the combos. The roast beef had 1 thin piece of meat. The turkey may have been a have piece covered with lettuce. Called the store and got an apology not we will bring your chips nothing. It was 20 minutes later than the projected delivery time. Not sure what is going on with this location.

They are NOT freaky fast.This JJ is fine in person, but delivery is always freaky-slow. I’ve ordered delivery twice- one time was 45 minutes, one time it was over an hour. I recently waited 25 minutes for a to-go order. It’s the normal quality of food for JJ, but very slow.
I'm not much of a sandwich person but figured I'd give this place a try. The service was super good, employees were friendly. The food was really not great at all though, in my opinion. Got the BLT and the bacon was rubbery and didn't even taste cooked, ended up cutting my gums from the bacon when eating it. Bread was really doughy and there really wasn't even that much in my sandwich. The side didn't have that much in it either. Seems like I paid too much for something not worth it in the end. This is just my personal opinion though.
