It soo loud in the restaurant you cant hear the worker who is taking orders. I ask 3 times to make sure the sandwiches were cut in half. The lady even said she did. And they still weren't done.

I've sent in an official complaint but I figure I'd post this as a warning to everyone. We ordered 3 sandwiches there, but apparently that was to complex and difficult of an order for this Jimmy Johns to accomplish. I do not understand how they could mess up every single request on this order. They forgot tomatoes on the one sandwich that we wanted. Didn't add any oil and vinegar aa requested. They added some sort of mustard to the Hunters Club even tho it wasn't requested and normally doesn't come on the sandwich, but you couldn't visually see it. Someone definitely messed up but instead of starting over they tried to remove it and cover it up. Which I feel speaks volumes on how the store, the management, and its employees behave. The place was dead at peak dinner time hours on a Friday, there is a reason why. Look at the other negative reviews. There is a reason for all of this and it's feels like upper management and ownership does not take customer complaints seriously to make the changes necessary to provide a positive customer experience.
I wouldn't trust any food they would make here if it was made by Gorden Ramsey himself, because I am certain they would somehow screw up the order between the kitchen and the drive thru window.

They were out of the picklewich that I had on a car side order, when I checked in Alyssa came out to my car to tell me they unfortunately ran out and told me I can pick any other sandwich I wanted and she’ll make it. She was so sweet and kind!

Called at 2:30 to make a large catering order, was told they were too busy to take my order, to call back in an hour... Mr. Goodsents was thrilled to take our order! Obviously Jimmy Johns did not need our business!

I ordered a sandwich from the west 21st store in Wichita, KS at 6:24 pm on 6/24/24. My debit card was charged and at 7:15 call to check on my order. I was informed they ran out of bread and was told they called me and it went to voicemail. I NEVER received a call or notification from them my order had been cancelled! This is the second time this has happened and I will NEVER purchase from them again! I was told my debit card would be credited in 3-5 business! Horrible customer service and experience! I have no idea how you can stay in business! Your manager is a liar because he never tried to call me or my phone would have shown a missed call!

The customer service was horrible when I approached the register, the cashier continued to play with his phone instead of greeting me. The music inside was so loud the cashier was unable to hear my order and I later discovered my order was incorrect. Apart from that, not my favorite Jimmy John's location and I wouldn't visit again
Orders are consistently wrong or missing requested items/add-ons. Everyone working here appears miserable constantly. Find a different location or new food spot.

Food tastes good. However, I work at the Andy's across the parking lot from this location and I frequently order lunch there and almost every time I do, my customized options are not on my sandwich. Today I order a Bootlegger Club with Xtra lettuce, tomato, mayo, pickles and some oil and vinegar. What I received was a normal Bootlegger with none of what I asked for on it. As well as today I went in to pick up my sandwich and there was not a single person in the sandwich making or drive thru area. They were all in the back. The delivery guy got back from a delivery, walked in and was also quite upset that no one even knew I was there. I gave it a chance and kept ordering but there's no excuse for that whatsoever. The ticket literally tells you what's on it. Overall, terrible service and I hope they get it together before they all lose their jobs.
